He helped my daughter with buying her 1st car.. he said even if she didn't buy a car from him he'd go with her to go over the car.. so she wouldn't get a lemon.. this man is truly a fabulous person. Cause who does that nowadays? He even told my kid not to jump and take your time buying a car.. idk if he realized it but the way he talked to her 100% eased her and her anxiety! “Brought my car in to get some damage on the hood of my car looked at. They immediately knew how to fix it. I thought my paint was damaged but it turns out that car wax cleans it right off. They showed me exactly what to get, and what to do to avoid scratching the paint. He told me “it’s a good thing you came to us, other places would’ve charged you to repaint the whole hood.” I think he’s absolutely right. I was able to clean my whole hood up for 20 bucks worth of supplies. They are very professional, and knowledgeable there. ““Newer” to Beverly and needed some work done on my Mercedes, i searched for a reputable, honest shop and heard great reviews on Big Jim’s Autobody. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning, Jamie (owner) called me shortly after to notify me of what was going on with the car and asked for the go ahead to order part/ perform work on the car. The price he quoted me over the phone for everything was very reasonable and best of all, repair was complete before the end of the day and problems resolved! I would definitely bring my business back to Jamie and his shop at any time i may be in need of body work or mechanical work. Kevin is both owner and hands-on mechanic. He guided me thru insurance considerations, provided an honest estimate, and kept me informed of progress, with a beautiful result. And if I'm not mistaken, he also cleaned the interior and washed and buffed the exterior! Make this your first call if you need body work!!!”

Awesome customer service and he is very honest, and super helpful. I don't think I'd go anywhere else.
