Took the car in right the next day after a car accident. Getting an on the phone quote. Going above and beyond on ordering and fixing little parts on the car that didn’t work. Did an amazing job on painting my rims. The communication was very good. Something that I loved was the honesty ,he was going to replace hood but was able to save it so the price went down…honestly if he didn’t tell me I wouldn’t know that he didn’t change the hood ,says a lot about them. Awesome customer service and he is very honest, and super helpful. I don't think I'd go anywhere else. “I made an appointment to have my car looked at. Setting up the appointment couldn't have been easier with the help of Anna. I brought my car in the morning of the appointment and explained the issue I was having to Clayton. I had an estimate texted to me a few hours later and after I approved it via text, the work was done that same day. I met Louis the next morning to pay and pick it up and he couldn't have been nicer. What a great shop. I highly recommend!!!”

““Newer” to Beverly and needed some work done on my Mercedes, i searched for a reputable, honest shop and heard great reviews on Big Jim’s Autobody. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning, Jamie (owner) called me shortly after to notify me of what was going on with the car and asked for the go ahead to order part/ perform work on the car. The price he quoted me over the phone for everything was very reasonable and best of all, repair was complete before the end of the day and problems resolved! I would definitely bring my business back to Jamie and his shop at any time i may be in need of body work or mechanical work. “PRIMO SERVICE EXPERIENCE!! In a one-car accident, I managed to rip the front bumper off our 2012 Forester. ECC was recommended to me by our regular mechanic. Kevin is both owner and hands-on mechanic. He guided me thru insurance considerations, provided an honest estimate, and kept me informed of progress, with a beautiful result. And if I'm not mistaken, he also cleaned the interior and washed and buffed the exterior! Make this your first call if you need body work!!!”
