Overall, Fiber Connect has done an excellent job bringing high speed broadband service to our under-served community. We signed up with them at our home in Monterey early on, and have been largely very, very pleased. With the exception of occasional, brief regional outages that are beyond Fiber Connect's direct control, our fiber optic service has been excellent -- stable, strong, consistent -- and a real quality of life improvement for us vs. the limited other and poor alternatives.From a customer service standpoint, I also give the Fiber Optic team high marks. They communicate proactively and effectively whenever there is something important or time sensitive to share regarding the platform, and have also been responsive and helpful whenever we've had any questions. The only constructive criticism we have from a service standpoint is that we felt it took a lot longer than it should have to transition from their original 'closed' technology hardware to the more 'open' one we now have and need, which enables the rest of our internet-dependent equipment/systems (A/V; lighting; security system; etc.) to operate properly.For anyone out there who might benefit from first-time access to the internet or an upgrade from outdated and slow technology, Fiber Connect is a great option which I recommend highly.
