I went to Your Market Monday a little past 6PM to purchase white wine that I needed to cook my orzo pasta recipe. I found a bottle that I thought would be great for my recipe, and proceeded to the checkout counter. I placed the wine on the counter and the employee asked for my ID. I happily complied because as a 33 year old it’s rare that someone request my ID. Once I handed my drivers license to her another employee came over after seeing my husband in the car and told me that I had to also bring in his ID. I thought that was strange but complied. I went out to the car and got my husband’s ID and handed it to the cashier. Now she says, no he needs to come in too. I then decided to leave that bottle of wine and go purchase at another store. After sharing my experience with friends and coworkers regarding my interaction, they shared similar experiences at Your Market. I don’t recommend wasting your time going to this store, take your business elsewhere.

I live 2 minutes away from this shop. My 23 year old friend didn't have his ID on him so they banned me, 25, for the DAY! (Memorial Day when other liq stores are closed) haha it takes a special kind of person to do all that. Besides the silly staff the selection is great.

This location was a convenient stop on our way from Jaw Bridge. We only wanted a cold drink and they didn't have very many. They seemed to have cooler issues that weren't addressed quickly. They had unique beverages that I hadn't seen before. It seemed like I could only buy most canned beverages in a pack, not singular which made me not want to buy. The small coconut water was 3.49

Jamison was so great to work with! We ordered alcohol for our Welcome Dinner and Wedding, and it was delivered to perfection. Such a great variety for both our events and they credited whatever we didn’t use which helped so much in the end. Thank you again for making our wedding weekend on MV so perfect!
