Only Verizon store on the island. So they barely staff it, and the staff knows you have zero options. If even 2 people show up at the same time, there's a wait because they only have one person working. Good luck to you if you showed up behind someone that needs more than 10 minutes of help - you're stuck. If you get there and there's already 2 people or more there, forget it, turn around and go do something more useful with the rest of the day.

I have been a customer at the Verizon store in Edgartown, MA for the past 3-4 years and have needed Noland's (Manager at the store) assistance a number of times over the years. He has helped me with the purchase of new phones, technical help with them, and lastly, guidance related to a problem with my 82 yr. old sister "s flip phone, most recently. In all interactions,he has patiently explained options, provided information reegarding coverage, operation, and cost. I have also seen him manage customers waiting, with fairness, respect, and professionalism.It is my understanding he operates as the sole employee most of the time without help and without any break coverage. I know this because I have seen it over the years.It is my hope that you realize how much he provides to our island community and that he is shown the appreciation and value by your company that he deserves.Thank you.

Nolan deserves a huge raise in pay, a grade promotion, a housing allowance, an award, a competent well paid subordinate or two, and much thanks for single handedly keeping the Martha’s Vineyard Verizon Store in business. Thanks, Nolan!

Knowledgeable and experienced staff person. Thinks quickly on his feet because his credit card terminal went down during my transaction. He directed me to a branch of my bank 150 feet away. Got the cash and completed the transaction. Despite a store full of customers and being the only person on duty, he kept his cool and did his job well.He deserves a raise, in my opinion.

The guy who worked there said and I quote "I don' know how to get your friend off your account so they can have their own account." Really? Then he says, " I just sell stuff, you dont make money doing that. You can only do it online." Well the reason I came in is because I could not do it online, and this uncaring guy showed no sympathy and went on to the next Verizon s****** If it was my store he would be fired, but it's the only Verizon on Marthas Vineyard. Still says Verizon on the building, but it's some other company.

At this store I waited more the 40 minutes each time and the employee is sitting down more the 40 m and nobody ask me to wait or good morning, welcome. They don’t care about the customers! I will give up! They is terrible customers serving. I’m so disappointed
