I was Pleased with The Service I received. I was visiting M.V from Delaware, and Accidentally left my Diabetes Medication at Home. Working through my physician, Insurance Company, and your Pharmacy, I was able to get the assistance I needed. I am ever so grateful For your accuracy, kindness and sensitivity to the situation. Absolutely useless!!!If I could report negative stars, I would.If ;you are not an Island native they are too busy to help you in any way.and they will tell you that in a very polite manner.The pharmacist absolutely refused to contact my hometown pharmacy to transfer a prescription. He wasn't even willing to receive the script info by fax.This Pharmacy absolutely sucks!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM and I suggest you don't either!

Pharmacist refusing to fill a script from off Island pharmacy due to being under staffed. Claims he will not doing the rest of the season. Extremely disheartening, unprofessional and completely wrong on so many levels.

Great hours - open every day! Until 6:30 weekdays, 5:30 weekends. Compared to Leslie’s and V. Scripts, no contest. Staff is wide awake as well. Five Stars ⭐️!

If you are from out of town and need a script DONT GO HERE. They won't call your home pharmacy to get your script transferred. " they are to busy" I'm here for the summer and I'm out of my antidepressant. They were no help at all. So I have to pay $85 to have them overnighted from my home town. That's pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Very bad customer service. The girl who works at the pharmacy station is very rude..... she is so rude. I said hello how are you! And she just looked at me well glared at me without responding. I said thank you at the end and nothing. If you hate your job DIANE then leave.

Horrible. Total attitude. Didn’t call as promised to say 2 prescriptions were ready. When I called, they said both were ready, but when I went to get them,, they said they hadn’t filled one because insurance didn’t cover it. Not true. They had old insurance information. All of this could have been avoided with one call and minimum attention to detail.Today they said it would take 3-4 days to fill to a prescription if they had to call my local pharmacy to request a transfer of refills. So I had to ask my doctor to send new ones. Totally ridiculous. I said would do it if they called me when they were ready, and I went over everything that had happened. They just kind of shrugged and said everyone needed to work together, and they were short staffed. I said they were the ones behind the counter.They can’t be too understaffed to pick up the phone. This is a local monopoly that knows it can treat customers like cattle, renege on promises, and put it all back on the customer. They would find a way to call my doctors and me if they thought their business depended on it.Do not use them if you can avoid it. It’s worth it to drive a little further to the next town, if necessary, and try your luck there.

Wow. Don’t make the mistake I made and have a doctor call in an emergency prescription at this place. They close at 5:30 pm on Saturdays (and 6:30 pm other days)!! That’s insane.
