  They sent my debit card 3 times to wrong address. After almost 2 months, I am still waiting for my card to arrive. That is a disgrace.

  This bank has the worst staff. Rude and unhelpful. The Asian lady has more rings than customer service skills.

  I used to work there. The banking relationship manager loves to drink beer. She will recommend her favorites and leave a sample for you for the next time you come in, even if you are under drinking age. She will leave it under a co-workers desk.
