The family is visiting MarthaV for the week. We rented this house from Sand Castle. Well, my people let me give you the low down. 1. They charge a lot of money for the week. I think it's over price. 2. The house had no air conditioning Meaning no central or window air conditions. 3. The amenities are less than par. They only have apps on TV, get this you can't use them. You have to bring all your sheets, and covers. 4. The location is very tricky. If you follow the instructions on GPS, you will end up deep in the woods. You have to follow the instructions on the web page. And cause they lied saying this never happened before. 5. The Front steps are dangerous, if you miss the last step you can end up hurting yourself. 6. The landscape is poor, meaning they could have at least cut down the thorny bushes in front of the doors. This way it won't snag your clothes or skin. 7. The back deck and chairs were none usable. 8. The drill did not work. 9 The place was full of bugs. Lastly, we should expect more not less for our money. I truly believe these people don't care about what they are giving us.

Plenty of communication, which is what is needed in summer rentals. Everything was as advertised, no 'gotcha' problems.

Excellent service. Loved that my keys were mailed to me prior to arriving and drop off was easy. House was as advertised and super clean. Definitely using Sandcastle again for 2021.

Consistently professional, Meghan and her team do a great job helping both their property owners and their renters!! They have great listings, lots of experience in the business, very good controls and procedures! We are multiple year renters on MV! Thanks Sandcastle!!
