“Not sure what might have been going on to warrant the poor reviews, but I was just there on 7/17/2018 to pick up a package sent c/o General Delivery and had a great experience. The post office was clean and air-conditioned; Yes, there was a line, about 5 or 6 people, but that's not abnormal in any of the areas we frequent. The postal employee at the counter was polite & professional with everyone she helped while I was there; as were the customers. Several were picking up packages and were prepared with their tracking numbers, so the line moved quickly. When my turn came, she wasn't able to track, because it was a UPS tracking number and when I told her it had been delivered the day before, she warned me that it might not have been sorted yet, but that she would check just in case. She went in the back and came out with my package. We'll be in Edgartown for a while this summer, and I would not hesitate for a moment to have my mail sent to this post office... highly recommended!”

“Very convenient option if you're vacationing on the Cape & want to drop off a couple of postcards while on the Vineyard doing touristy stuff. This USPS location is smack dab in the middle of all of that, but still seems like an active resource for locals as well. Quick service at the window, despite a handful of people in line.”
