We used Point B for a Martha's Vineyard vacation rental, and had done so for the past 5 years with no problem. However, this past summer, we used Point B again to rent a 4 bedroom house for 3 couples and children for a week. The house we rented was incorrectly listed as being air conditioned (only 2 of 4 bedrooms had AC) and one bedroom had a full bed when the listing stated a king bed. This made our stay awful- one adult had to sleep on the couch and two rooms were unbearable hot to sleep in. Point B refused to acknowledge the error or provide any compensation. They won't respond to emails at all about the issue either. Terrible customer service. Renters beware.

We rented a house for a weekend trip on Marthas Vineyard through Point B, and upon arriving found that the descriptions of the beds were incorrect. Instead of a king bed in one of the rooms, there was a double. Additionally rather than the air conditioning stated in the listing, there were some window and floor units with two of the bedrooms having no AC. We have been trying to reach out to them regarding these issues, and have not received a response. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and have not received a response. This used to be a great agency, I'm not sure if something has changed, but we have been very disappointed with the way we've been treated.

An absolute disaster of a brokerage. The leadership to this point has avoided us, though she is fully aware of some unethical dealings within the brokerage. This involves money owed to myself and my brokerage which they are trying to weasel out of. This is exactly why the general public has a healthy distrust of agents in this business. They have demonstrated to be dishonest, unprincipled, and fraudulent. There are many many other options on the island for buying or renting. You have been fairly warned here. Use your money wisely. If you don't trust this review-see their yelp.

Not client friendly at all. We had booked a two week stay for September 2022 through Point B, but later decided we loved the island so much we would look for a house to buy. We used a Point B realtor who said not to worry about the rental lease if we bought something. We bought a house, Point B got a significant commission, and then they came after us for the rental cost. They had 6 months from the time we bought the house to the time we had reserved to either find another renter, or to ask the rental landlord to let us out of the lease. They did neither. So we were out another $5K. We are thinking about renting our home out this summer but would never use Point B for that - or anything else.

In my experience this real estate firm is the worst. Stay away... they dont care about their customers only themselves and the commissions and fees charge but dont earn. Whether you are a renter, owner, buyer or sellers stay away!

I had the opportunity to work with Susie who was very attentive and responsive. The selection of homes that Point B have to offer are exceptional.
