We can’t say enough about the amazing floral decor for my daughter’s wedding this September. Every aspect was stunning, from the personals to the table scapes and aisle boxes and arbor flowers to the most gorgeous hanging florals at the top of the tent over the dance floor. Every detail was spectacular. And the selection of flowers could not have been more perfect. We sent pictures and a vision board of what we liked, but never saw an actual sample. But Aubrey just told us not to worry, it would be fabulous. On the most horrible of September weekends, weather wise, she and her team turned our wedding tent into Shangri- La!!! We’ll never forget it!!

Donaroma's provided flowers for us at multiple large events this past August. We worked with Aubrey who was consistently responsive and a pleasure to work with. They delivered beautiful floral arrangements (on time) that everyone loved and commented on. Their customer service was excellent in advance of each event and they even followed up after to ensure everything went well. We look forward to working with them in the future!

Donaroma’s is, without a doubt, the best florist on Martha’s Vineyard in my opinion as a year-round Islander. Laurie, Mariko, and the team of very talented floral designers, created an out-of-this-world beautiful bouquet for the arrival of our baby girl last week. The flowers brightened our hospital room and continue to brighten our home. The nurses and doctors at MVH repeatedly mentioned how they had never seen such a stunning and large bouquet of flowers delivered, which made me feel incredibly special. The floral designers of Donaroma’s are truly amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Donaroma’s! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After having flowers delivered on Martha's Vineyard, I received my credit card statement and discovered that I had been billed for the same arrangement six times. No big deal. Clearly an error and no doubt the $886.90 in excess charges will be promptly credited once I notify the florist. Here's where we are in the process. Phone call 1: Terribly sorry that happened. It's our new computer system. But I can't help you. You need to talk to "G" in flowers, but she's not here... Phone call 2: "G" can't actually reverse the charges herself. She needs to speak to "A" in the office. Phone call 3: "A" leaves a message that she "might" need more information and here's a different number where I can reach her. Only I can't reach her. It's 9:30, but no one picks up and there's no voicemail, so I can't leave a message. Phone call 4: I call the first number. "G" answers. She's not sure why "A" needs more info. No she can't help me because I need to speak to "A" at "Juniper." (Note that I'm on the phone with "Donoromas" - the company listed on the six charges on my credit card bill.) Juniper opens at 10, but don't call then. Wait until 10:30 otherwise they may not pick up. I tell "G" I have a much better idea--she can get a hold of "A" and have her call me at 10am--when they open. Phone call 5: To her credit, "A" calls me back at 10am sharp. She's terribly sorry - it's their new computer system. She doesn't need any more info. Great. So, when will the $886.90 be credited back to my card? Hmm, if it hasn't happened in 3-5 days, I can CALL BACK. If you want to operate as two separate businesses with a shared billing system, don't make it my problem. Train your people how to bill transactions properly and to provide seamless service when customers call. And when you over bill a customer by FIVE TIMES, find a way to make it right with a minimal hassle to that customer.

I highly recommend Aubrey Maria Designs and her unbelievable team that brought the wedding florals in my dreams to life! Our flowers stole the show and my guests were talking about them for weeks. Aubrey made the process fun and painless. She truly exceeded my expectations and even threw in a few extra surprises that we didn’t plan to have (ombré hydrangeas cascading at our tent’s entrance). I will absolutely be calling Aubrey again for any future floral needs. 10/10!!!

One of the ladies who normally does wedding flowers helped me pick out some plants that needed to survive wind/full sun/no watering at all…a tall task! After 2 months without any care they are all still thriving! She was so nice, fun and helpful! Thank you guys!

I can't begin to express our gratitude to Aubrey Maria Designs from Donaromma's Nursery and Floral Design for our daughter's wedding in Edgartown, MV on June 24, 2023. Aubrey's floral designs were more than incredible, they were so beautiful and the main talk at our wedding. We had the wedding at Atria's in Edgartown, and Aubrey and her team designed a landscape of ultimate beauty for the wedding and for our guests. Having a wedding on MV is an experience in itself, but there is no doubt that choosing Aubrey Maria Designs was one of our best choices in making our wedding a fairy tale story in every sense of the way. Aubrey's talent is above and beyond what we expected and we LOVED working with her and team. Aubrey is a beautiful person inside and out and probably one of the most talented artists and workers that we have ever worked with. There is truly only one choice for an incredible wedding experience and that is with Aubrey Maria Designs. We are so thankful to her and her team.

I ordered flowers from Donaroma's for a dear friend over the phone because I live in another state. The owner was wonderful and extremely helpful in describing the various options available to me. My friend was thrilled with her flowers! I highly recommend this business for top-notch customer service and beautiful flowers and flowering plants.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Donaroma's over the years, and I use them for one specific purpose: Sending my mother flowers, plants, and trees for either Mother's Day or her birthday! When I call to order whatever it is I'm looking for, the staff is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and direct. They don't try to upsell me and always work within my budget. A bunch of years ago, I sent my mom a hydrangea, and they delivered and planted it for her. A few years ago, I sent her a couple of lilac trees, which they again delivered and planted for her the same day I ordered them! The bushes thrived and bloomed a month later when in season! This past Mother's Day was no different: I ordered a bouquet of pink and orange flowers without any lilies (they make my mom sneeze!), and they delivered this GORGEOUS bouquet the same day I ordered that absolutely delighted my mom! I find Donaroma's consistently high quality, reasonably priced for the island, and reliable for timely deliveries! I would recommend them to anyone!

Where do I even begin? If you want flawlessness, professionalism, the most beautiful arrangements you have ever seen, your vision come to life exactly as you pictured, no stress, absolute geniuses behind your wedding bouquets, these are your people!!! Aubrey and her team made my bridal dreams come true with our arbor, my bridal bouquet, the bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, wrist corsages, center pieces and bottle scapes! They can do it all! I will never get over how amazing our flowers were. The planning process was quick and easy, Aubrey looked at pictures of the space and tables and knew exactly what we would need. The flowers complemented the space perfectly and guests were gushing over their beauty! I can't even put into words how perfect my bridal bouquet was! Trust them with your vision and they will deliver! I go back to Aubrey and her team for every holiday or birthday I have an excuse to buy flowers. #1 fan for life!!!
