Absolutely the WORST delivery experience I have ever had. Package was destroyed and delivered several days late. Rude, untrained staff and absent manager. Avoid this location.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Incompetence at its finest. Tracking information is not updated in a timely manner and reflects inaccurate information. They do not deliver packages within the said timeframe and their lack of attention to updating tracking numbers makes it difficult to follow up appropriately. They claim I have input an invalid address, however, UPS and other delivery services have located my address and delivered to me without any problem at all. Avoid this location at all costs.

This is the single worst service in the 40 years of using FedEx. Medication from ct 12days, package 9 days and still waiting.

I've had so any issues with the island FedEx. I know most of the time when you order online you don't really have a choice which shipment company to use but by far these guys are the absolute worst. Not only do they loose your package on a regular basis, deliver it to the wrong address, and give you wrong information, they're so unwilling to actually help with customer service its amazing. If I could give zero stars I would cause I have nothing but the most awful and vulgar words to describe the service of the island FedEx company.

They absolutely screw up the majority of deliveries. Fedup lost a $500 shipment to me yesterday! THEY ARE THE WORST !

FedEx consistently loses my package!! One job to do is deliver to the correct address and can't do it. Rude customer support and take no responsibility for not delivering my packages.

Why is it that this FedEx persistently gives their drivers too many packages to deliver in one day only to have some returned back to the station undelivered?!
