Everyone is always so kind and helpful when I go in. An employee the other day helped keep the door open and bring in heavy packages and another helped reduce the cost of something. I just think they go above and beyond!

This place is terrible. Ever since the guy who was here for like the past 2 years left in the recent months this place has fallen apart. The place is a complete mess and smells absolutely awful. I dropped my package off last Thursday and it still hasn’t shipped because it got lost in the aforementioned mess of boxes. The owners customer service skills are non-existent and clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. Reading the recent reviews I can almost guarantee any positive reviews are faked by the owner because there is nothing remotely commendable about this place. This location needs to be reviewed for quality and also investigated for these potentially false reviews. Avoid this location at all cost and just go to location at Cobbs corner in Stoughton or just use FedEx altogether. Again don’t be fooled by the positive reviews they are all clearly faked given the broken English
