My husband and I have come here for repairs and gifts in the past. I recently brought my halo engagement ring to be fixed because I had managed to knock a stone loose on the halo. I got it back within a week and you would never know anything had ever happened to it. It was polished so nicely that it no longer matches my wedding band on the palm side! Beyond happy with every experience I have had with this family and would recommend this jeweler to anyone.

I stopped in there to see what could be done about my wedding rings flipping around and being a full size too large (lost weight since marriage 18 years ago). Jeweler came out discussed my options for my ring (which were not purchased as a set that fits together perfectly). He suggested an option of soldering together and putting (beads to also make it smaller) to make it fit like a glove. Long story shorter .....i was over the moon happy; had it done in less than 2 days AND it no longer spins around on my finger. Very happy customer. Highly recommend and they are so friendly. Don’t usually leave feedback, but just had to!

I'm very sad and disappointed I brought an effy emerald ring here to be resized, Justin said it would take five days. I called 6 days later for an update and was told my ring was ready but he needed extra time to polish it. I arrived two hours later very excited to wear my ring, I tried it on but it was still too big. I figured that shouldn't be a big deal to size again. Instead Justin added 2 soldering beads to take up space behind my finger, I wish I never agreed to that. I was so excited to wear the ring I didn't closely inspect it. As soon as left I noticed the emerald was extremely loose, I went back immediately and he tightened the prongs. After getting home and looking over the ring closely I noticed Justin soldered over the EFFY logo and 14k stamp, and one diamond chip in the halo surrounding the emerald fell out. I called the store and told them I was unhappy with their work and will be back Friday to have it repaired. I feel bad giving a poor review they seem like nice people, I'm just very disappointed.

This has most likely been the WORST retail transaction I've ever had in my entire life. I hired Justin to make a custom ring for me. As it's part of a new Patent I hold, it was an unusual order--which he was actually excited about completing. THREE trips later, it was a clusterf**k! Made incorrectly in spite of my leaving an exploded view/diagram and a lengthy explanation/ demonstration on my first visit. My previous trip in, the ring fit me--although it was incorrectly made. Today's trip--the ring was several sizes too small. It wouldn't even fit over my knuckle and the 'waist' was much skinnier, which leads me to believe it was totally re-made a second time--also incorrectly. Justin then shows me a picture from his phone and says that I broke it while trying it. If I broke it in the store (he lied), I can imagine that it would last possibly hours on my finger. Then he withdraws his product and says he's had enough. He drags me in three times--each trip worthless--then he quits the production. This should tell you all you need to know about his skill. All this over the course of about six weeks. When I gave my original deadline of a month, I built in an extra five days in case there was an issue. I had to wait two hours more after a five-day extension. when I stopped in to pick up my order. Communication? Non-existent. Many calls were un-returned. RUN FAST and run FAR AWAY from that "salon".

I brought in a nice bracelet my daughter wanted to wear on her wedding day and asked Justin to try to incorporate a diamond her late aunt gave her. He did a beauitiful job and we love it! It's nice to have a jeweler in town who is also an artist! I am happy to support this local family business and recommend highly!

Brought a very sentimental large diamond ring to be made smaller except they made it twice the size! Justin sized it down handed it to me with stones missing. Then he fixed that but some of the stones were not set correctly. I was so upset I just left in a bad state of mind. Just recently a stone fell out so I took it somewhere else where I was told the entire top of the setting was compromised from being oversized. Now I have to purchase a new setting $$$. Called Justin just to tell him and he basically gave me an I don't care attitude. Totally unacceptable. Not even an apology. Total disregard for my property � ��
