This store has gone downhill so fast. I'm not sure what happened to the grocery area, but it has been horrible lately so I'm not sure what changed. There's never any cash registers open either and lines down the main aisle. I'm not coming here anymore because it takes forever to get what I need and leave.

It's target, and that's enough, dropping to 1 star. There is never more than 1 register open. Sunday the line is down to the paper goods at the other end of the store.

We always find what we need at Target in Easton. It is our go-to place for one-stop shopping. Good prices too.

They’ve stopped using self checkout in the evening with only 1 person on register. 4 other associates watch customers put their goods down and walk out the door because the line at the one register is so long. Pretty ridiculous to witness in person.

This location has to be the WORST! Never enough cashiers, lines are crazy, majority of the aisles you can't get down between the mess and the unpushed product just stored in the aisles. Carts are never in the building, and there's trash and Half eaten or drank items all over the shelves.

Target has gone downhill at this location. It was once a really great location that was high traffic but manageable. The staff are very nice and work very diligently to help with questions or concerns. The changes have happened over the last 6-8 months. I’m unsure if there is a new manager or some kind of large turnover event, but the aisles are FILLED with pallets of merchandise and the shelves are typically wiped or nearly empty. It has turned into a stressful venture to even get through the store because I’m unsure if I’ll be able to access what I need, or if an aisle is completely blocked. I understand there are staffing issues everywhere but this location is disproportionately affected compared to other stores in the area. Other stores in the area (Taunton and stoughton) are in much better shape, and the Walmarts are more hospitable, cleaner and more organized

Worst customer service my fiancé walked to the customer service desk asking if anyone turned in her ray bans and the guy Devin was his names opens the drawer asks her when she lost them she said December and the guy slams the drawer and says yea we wouldn’t have them from that long ago and she walks away then 10 minutes later she goes back there’s a really sweet lady that works there and she says I’m really sorry that u lost your ray bans and she also said we have this phone that has been here since august so there is a possibility that we still have them so she looks but unfortunately they did not have them she was so sweet if I had her name I would have put her on this Devin u need to work on your customer service appearance moreSociety now a days just isn’t the same people change ur ways and always try to help someone else that is in need!!!

Wildly unprofessional. My friend got hired here a bit ago and worked for about a month. After a month this place just absolutely ghosted him. Stopped scheduling him for shifts, he got logged out of his scheduling app and worst of all, he received no notice, no call, no email, NO indication of them possibly letting him go. Absolutely disgusting if you ask me; these places use people for busy Holiday shopping times and then never contact them again, like *poof*. Do NOT work here.

Store closes in 4 hours but they close off self checkout and make 30 customers stand in line for 2 registers while 5 employees stand around customer service doing nothing.

If you aren't opening manned registers have a team member around the self checkout area and at the customer service desk to help the consumer..
