I bought my Ford F-150 from Derek in 2021 and it was without a doubt the best car buying experience I've ever had. His prices are fair and firm; there were no back-and-forth negotiations, hidden fees, or slimey sales tactics. About 6 month after I purchased the truck I began having an issue with one of the tail lights. I brought it back to his shop where his service team fixed the issue promptly and at no cost. Fast forward to now (nearly 4 years later) and I began having some transmission problems. My local Ford dealership told me a new transmission would be needed. I reached out to Derek to see if he would be able to offer a second opinion and possibly help diagnose/solve the problem. He had me come by and take his lead mechanic Stu for a ride. Stu immediately identified the issue and recommended a transmission service (fluid and filter change). Derek was kind enough to offer me an appointment that very same day! When I went back to pick up my truck, I was pleased to find that the problem I was experiencing was completely gone. Nearly a week later and the truck drives like a dream. The best part: he only charged me $249. He literally saved me thousands! Derek is a top-notch guy who runs a top-notch business. He stands by the vehicles he sells and makes sure his customers are well taken care of. His service department is highly skilled and professional. My wife will be needing a new car next year and we won't even shop anywhere else. 5 star service is what you can expect from South Easton Motor Sales!!!

I bought my 2015 Chrysler 300 a little over a year ago and I could not be happier!! We got a great deal for this car and bought the extended warranty with the purchase. The car has never given me one issue until a couple weeks back it started "ticking". I called the dealership because I lost my paperwork. They emailed it to me within hours. Then called to schedule a time they could look at it. They diagnosed the issue in a couple hours and scheduled a follow up appointment to fix the issue at my convenience. I dropped off my car last night after work, left the keys and they called before noon today to pick up my car. Sounds brand new!!! For $100 deductible. Which is the most I've spent on this car, besides gas and regular maintenance since I bought it. I love this car and this dealership. Everyone that I have dealt with has been so helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be returning to this location for my next vehicle and referring all my friends. Couldn't be happier.

Great car buying experience! The salesman Colby was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everybody was very friendly and they made the process of purchasing the truck easy while not being pushy. Great prices and definitely would purchase from dealership again.

Highly recommend! They have no pressure sales tactics and let you browse in peace. I went car shopping 9 months pregnant and due any day, they even offered to deliver the car to my house if I went in to labor before the car I bought was ready.
Fair prices, they handle all the registry and financing for you, it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

This dealership and its team proved to be frustrating. I called at 10:53AM to inquire about a vehicle. I told the lady that answered that I was from Virginia. She said, Eric (the manager) would call me about the vehicle. An hour later I received an email from a Burt regarding my interest in the vehicle and I told him that I was suppose to get a call from Eric since I’m from Virginia, he said he would remind Eric. I called an additional time, no one answered. I called later, a third time, and the same lady answered and said Eric was by himself today (if that’s true then I’m not sure who the Burt emailing was) and that he has a message to call me. At 3:21 PM, 4 hours and 28 minutes later, I get a call from a sarcastic Eric saying they don’t do business with anyone from outside of the New England area and that’s been their company policy. I guess the lady that answered and Burt were unaware of this policy as they both knew I was from Virginia. I told Eric that I wished they didn’t take several hours to call and tell me this since I had been waiting for the phone call. Eric told me he had “6,000 phone calls to make”…doubtful so I take that as sarcasm and disrespectful. So in the end, since I was from Virginia I wasn’t local money or business and so I wasn’t worth the time to call quickly because I wasn’t going to be quick and easy money for them. I went to their website to check to see if I had missed a caveat about selling to out-of-state buyers and there isn’t anything, they mention selling to “shoppers all around Easton, MA” but nothing about their companies “long time standing policy” to NOT sell to those from out of the New England area. Their website mentions “complete transparency” and this interaction has been anything besides transparent.
