This is my second time here. First time was for breaks. Went in for an oil change on this round. They took care of me and offered two other services. My car drives like a dream.

Recently purchased a car there because it was the only dealer with the model I wanted. Beware, they will try to scam you every step of the process. When I went into the financing office, they tried adding an additional $1500 for a feature to the price of the car outside of the agreed upon "sales price". They tried to hide this until I calculated the monthly payments and found that it should have been much than the amount they showed. Then they tried to scam me out of the recent college graduate rebate by claiming that it was already figured into the price because I had negotiated away a $3000 markup. I spent about 4 hours there haggling to get back to the original agreed upon price, after I thought I had already finalized the price. Not a pleasant experience.

My experience with Baystate Ford/24 Ford of Easton as they are calling themselves now has been extremely upsetting and fraudulent. I bought my 2020 Transit Connect "brand new" just a year ago from them and it is under a 5 year extended warranty plan that I paid extra for. Three months ago, my engine was overheating and so I contacted the dealership for assistance. Anthony gave me a number to call for towing. The person I spoke with over the phone charged me almost $400 for the tow truck (even though my car is a year old and still under warranty) and assured me I would be reimbursed by the dealership. The dealership also promised to reimburse the cost of the rental car as long as it was through Enterprise. My 1 year old vehicle ended up having a cracked cylinder which is what led to the overheating. I have contacted Anthony as well as Jon who later took over the case at the dealership countless times through both email and phone-I finally thought we were getting somewhere when Jon told me Ford had an answer and he would call me by Monday. That was almost 3 weeks ago and since then I have called and emailed countless times only to be told he'll call me back (which did not happen) as well as calling the Ford line directly in order to get the reimbursement for over THREE MONTHS and still have gotten none of my money back. When am I going to get my $1k that I've been promised and waiting for for MONTHS at this point? I highly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs unless you want to be lied to, ghosted, sold a "brand new" car that will break down a year later, and have over a thousand dollars stolen from you.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Liars and only care about the sale, not their customers! NOT PROFESSIONAL Sold us a truck recently. We noticed the grill was broken and brought it up to sales woman katelyn. She seemed very nice, smart and helpful. However it was all a show. She told us that the part would be ordered and we'd receive a call when part was in so it could be replaced. However after the weekend a text was sent out saying the part wouldn't be ordered and would be replaced. It was a hoax, a lie just to get the truck out the door. Our problem now. We were sent threw loops figuring it was too much at over $1500 to have the grill replaced. From a Ford dealer they couldn't just say that when we mentioned it, but yet they said it would be ordered and fixed. The part itself was less then half of that price. The manager was willing to give us $250. But that was it. After spending over $40k on a used truck this is how they treat their customers, over a $600 part, that is probably even cheaper for them. Also there was no courtesy call. There was a text message with the details on the part not being order because it was too expensive for them to fix. NOT professional.

I went out of my way to travel here for a specific car. I made appointment and confirmed available before heading there. It was on display in the front of the lot on the main road upon my arrival. I am told it was just taken out for a test drive by another party and to wait. 15 minutes later they say it sold and try to sell me on a much more expensive different model! Bait and switch! Because the car I went for was still in the same spot on display at the front of the dealership main road lot and never moved during my wasted time here! BEWARE before going here, waste of my time to deal with shady salesman.

Went there to buy a 2015 ford escape. I had no issues with the sales dept or the service dept later on. My problem was I had gone there preapproved for the auto loan with my bank only to be told by the finance person that they don't go through my bank and that I would have to use one of the banks they have listed. I should have walked out r then but was to excited about the car. Later I talked to my bank and was told that baystate had lied to me. I ended up refinancing the loan away from the bank they told me to use to my bank. Very shady practice in my opinion.

Went there to buy a truck, but was turned off by them quoting two different prices for cash purchase and for purchasing financing through them. Bought a used F150 elsewhere. Check Engine Light came on, had it scanned at Autozone and the code came back as a crankcase sensor, a known issue with 2018. I called service at Baystate, as I'm 1/3 of a mile away. The service guy asked why I was coming in, told him truck had a CEL and gave him the code # it threw. He said there's be a $179.99 diagnostic charge and other costs would be dependent on what was needed to fix it. I stated, as he knew, my truck was under warranty and that I had already scanned it to see the issue. He said they had to scan it. A complete and utter scam. I took it to the next closest dealership and they fixed it and a recall on the doors that the truck had. No muss, no fuss, no charge. Baystate shows their true colors. Again.

BEWARE THIS DEALERSHIP IS SUCH A SCAM and VALUE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.. Purchased a MUSTANG here through financing, at first when ran my credit they told me I was qualified for under 3% interest rate, but when I see my first statement it was listed at 3.75% when I confronted about it they were very unprofessional and acts looks that they don't care I wouldn't care of a 0.75%, but the fact that they were dishonest makes me regret my purchase here.. Nobody didn't even care.. felt helpless and walked out of the showroom. please be careful, and don't fall into their trap..

***Buyer Beware***!!! My daughter and I traveled to Bay State Ford this past Saturday to purchase her first vehicle and the overall experience was AWFUL! When we met with the sales associate he had asked if we were going to finance the vehicle or pay cash and I stated I was unsure. We had found a vehicle and the asking price was $16,500 and I offered $15,500 initially and settled at $16,000.00. When the sales associate asked for my information for the application for financing I stated I would pay cash and he proceeded to tell me they were unable to offer the vehicle for $16,000 if I was paying cash. I stated this was unacceptable as he agreed on a number and requested he speak with the manager and the manager stated there was nothing they could do. I then proceeded to state I would finance the vehicle and pay it off within the month and he stated I need to have the vehicle financed for 4 months in order to obtain the title etc! What a complete SCAM as the reason they needed me to finance the vehicle for 4 months was to make up the money with the financing! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE AS CROOKED AS THEY COME!

I made a comment about the time it had taken to fix my problem. An employee informed me that I was being insensitive. She was wrong.I have been a customer for years and felt disrespected. I now understand that the customer is not always right. Time to find an alternative.

I found a promotion on their website advertising a break pad change for $99 or less. When I went, I was charged almost $300. The promotion is apparently only good for Fords? But it doesn't list that anywhere I could find on the fine print on the promotion, and if the brand of break pads offered is only good for Fords, I also didn't see that mentioned anywhere. I feel that the advertising was misleading, and a way to trick people into the door.
