My mother in law ( Joyce Russo) got UNAUTHORIZED access to my savings account and took out over $600 and the bank refuses to give me my money back. Disgusting bank, I have had nothing but problems here and am done with their illegal practices. 0/10 do not recommend.

This bank's customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Do not, I repeat do not use! My friend and I have tried to book a trip with her debit card (more than enough money is available in the account) and it continues to get declined. I have tried to call this bank MANY times today without success. It either keeps ringing or someone "picks up" and hangs up. We have used her card to purchase at another store and it works. Their online banking app is also not working. I click on the app and it immediately closes out. I am NOT happy that we cannot access funds that should be available to me at ANYTIME of the day.

I have banked with North Easton for over 20 years and I am continuously surprised how awesome they are. My card was compromised and the fraud dept called me and cancelled the card. I went to the local branch after hours and they opened their door to me. They reversed the charges that night and I had a replacement card in hand within 15 min. The next morning, I checked my account and everything was back to normal. A small bank with HIGH CUSTOMER satisfaction. I love North Easton and won't ever leave them.

Rude snobby bank, even to their own customers. I have never witnessed such snobbery and laziness in the open lobby of such an establishment. After doing business with them for over 20 years and keeping my valuables in a safe deposit box I am moving my assets elsewhere. Being decent to loyal customer's costs nothing!

HORRIBLE bank to go through...they give out false information and try apologizing 4 days later after I lost thousands of dollars of my own from listening to them and trusting them with my money. I can no longer trust them to have control of my money and my accounts are now being closed.
