“My experience with Astro International was excellent! In autumn 2020 I needed to arrange a move from the USA to the UK quickly because I'd just been issued a UK spouse visa. Peter was very patient and responsive in answering my many questions and helping me to organize everything. This included bringing some items from my mother's house in another state to his warehouse so that all my belongings could depart together from the East Coast. He and his team were very kind and friendly when they came to pick up my items from my home as well. There was a delay in delivery due to Brexit, not at all Astro's fault (the consolidator was delayed in loading shipments because of congestion at UK ports). But even the combined chaos of a global pandemic and Brexit did not stop Astro International from getting my items to the UK safe and sound in the end. Arranging an overseas move for the first time felt very overwhelming, but I'm so glad I chose Astro International to help me with it. Peter's patience and guidance, and Astro's overall service, were all first-rate!”

“Rainbow Movers was a third party delivery service for a mattress I bought online. Two men worked together and they were both polite and respectful of my condo. It was very quick but that doesn't mean it wasn't done right. It was perfect. They arrived on time as well. They did not bump any walls and were careful when they brought it in. They took out the old one as well and took that with them, along with all the packaging materials of the new one. Made me glad they were the third party of a great transaction. Great couple of guys too who explained what to do with a new mattress etc. I'd use them again on my own for a move! Thanks! Well done!”
“My husband and I moved this past weekend from a house to an apartment and a storage unit. Kilroy Brothers sent Steve, Tom, Junior and Scott. They were amazing right from the start by arriving early in the rain. They never once complained and continually told us that they would take care of us, which they did. They were extremely professional, hard working, and handled our belongings with respect and care. This is our third time using Kilroy and each time was a positive experience. “We used Olympia Moving for and in town move today and had just the best experience! The movers were so friendly and accommodating when we asked questions or made suggestions. They assembled and disassembled a complex loft bed with ease and accuracy. They moved our entire house in approximately 4ish hours - we were in awe! However their professionalism and demeanor was most impressive! Trust me - we shopped around for movers and the price was competitive and fair but definitely well spent. Use Olympia movers!!!!”

The crew did a fantastic job of handling the customer's requests and staying extra time. This is the 3rd or 4th job that they have handled for us and they do a great job. Highly recommended!”

“I have used Upack twice in two years. Both occasions, they were quite responsive and very professional. both were interstate moves. first in May 2021 from Atlanta to Cambridge Massachusetts and this June 2023 from Cambridge to Hershey Pennsylvania. My stuff got to their destination intact the only things that got damaged during the second move were stuff which the moving company I used to move my stuff from Cambridge to Hershey (its difficult to get the permit required for the relocubes to be dropped off in very big cities so I had to take my stuff to their depot in West Bridgewater, MA) packed roughly. The local moving company placed heavy stuff (an adult bicycle) on light boxes marked FRAGILE!. Otherwise, my stuff arrived in good shape and timely too. Staff were all polite and professional. The icing on the cake is their 1 month free storage from the day your stuff arrives your destination, which comes in handy if you are yet to find a place to rent or buy. Means you can comfortably stay in a hotel or Airbnb without worrying about your stuff. I used the free storage during both moves.”
“I recently used Mercury for a move from the North End to their storage facilities. I picked Mercury over their competitors for a few reasons: - Communication – Mercury actually answers their phone when you call and they respond to emails. There might not be a wizard to calculate how much your move costs, but that is because a human being actually thinks about it. A human with extensive experience in how your move is different than the ones before it. - Pricing – As an added benefit, they have some of the best pricing in the market for an established company. You might find two guys with a truck offering you a better price, but Mercury comes with all the extras. Like how to properly wrap and pack a floor mirror, that weird lamp, or unscrewing the bracket that is above your reach. - Quality – They wrapped my Ikea purchases with the same care of my big wall mirror. It was impressive to watch them pack efficiently and with great care for everything. There are no newbies here – just experts. - Staff – Everyone I have worked with is very nice, timely, and professional. In the spirit of disclosure, this is my 5th move with Mercury over the span of 10 years (2006, 2008, 2010, 2011, and 2015). Over those years, my little sister and family members have hired them regularly as well. At my most recent move, Melvin and Santiago recognized me from prior moves… and remembered that my mom had given them fresh chicken eggs over the summer when they helped her. I'm almost positive there is no fancy CRM system helping them remember those facts. They remembered because they are all cordial, polite, and genuine people who care about the customers they work with.”
