After more than 30 years with bank. Began as brockton credit union receive a bad check .they closed out my checking account bank totally sucks would not definitely not recommend you could do better somewhere else no more free checking and charges you to.use their coin machine

Poor customer service. Went in there spoke to the branch manager to open an account, just because I had a lot of money to put in the bank. They profiled me,asked me alot of questions and I produced my license my pay stubs and they still acted like asso's to me.Worst bank ever. Bank of America never treated me like that.

Poor customer service over and over again. The issue is not this branch as much as their customer service via phone or internet. I have regretted opening an account here unfortunately. You would do better opening an account with one of Easton's local banks.
