“I wish I knew the Manager's name at this location. She called me this morning after I expressed my disappointment with an arrangement I ordered for my mom's birthday yesterday. She apologized for the experience I had and offered to have a new arrangement delivered to my home today for my mom. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a new cake with fresh strawberries, a fresh fruit bouquet and a little box of chocolate. This was very kind of them to rectify my issue, especially in a post pandemic world where customer service has gone downhill and many large corporations don't typically care about making things right when the customer has a valid complaint. I just want to say thank you, my mother was very happy and it totally made up for the first arrangement not being up to par.”
