Hassan sold me a car without an e-brake as well bad calipers and brake pads, which is very dangerous. They registered and inspected the car for me as part of their sales service. I’m not even sure how the car passed inspection in the first place without a working emergency brake but that’s a different topic. I noticed it was faulty after bringing the car home, and when I mentioned the e brake wasn’t working he admitted to knowing it but didn’t disclose it to me during the purchase agreement. When I asked for them to fix the issue, they did but my car came back without my heated seats (which initially were working). Not a major inconvenience but still another unnecessary issue. Make sure to look over every little detail because they withhold telling you anything you don’t ado about the car.

Stay away! The worst place you could ever buy a car! Sold me a horrible car totally overcharged me! Would not make it right by any means! Took 3000$ in cash and then got me a super sized loan
He would not make it right lied about fixing things he never fixed! Because everything he said he fixed he did not and I proceeded to put 3500 into this junk! Never returns calls or texts avoids people! Grimy and greasy! I would love to know where that 3 grand went?!?!?! Stay away people! Go anywhere else! Liar to his core!
Sold me this car with a bad transmission! Total mess in every sense of the word! Where is my 3000$ loser?! Karma will come hard for you! You stole 3000$ from me for your pocket! You move grimy and greasy and half these good reviews are from friends and relatives! How do you sleep at night ?!? Vile!!

Horrible experience. Bought this car in November 2023, I asked about the sound the car made and was told that it was because the car was a hybrid. I was told that all electric cars make that sound and I should trust them. February 2024, sound got really loud and I was told by a car mechanic that it was the transmission and now the transmission needs to be replaced. I am being quoted 8K to 10K for this repair— this is more that the car costs. I talked to someone from Furnace Brook Motors once and since then, they just ignore my calls. I guess after 30 days, the lemon law does not apply .They knowingly mislead me and lied to me to sell the car. For some strange reason I trusted them and now since I financed the car, I will paying off the loan for years to come without the actual car. BUYER BEWARE

I bought 2 cars at one time and Gary was a gentleman and never pressured me about anything and let me test drive as many cars that I wanted to and had a great experience and conversation. I never tried to get him to lower his prices as I know he needs to make a living and he appreciated my business and I appreciated his friendly approach and has a great sense of humor.

I appreciate the no hassle refund of my deposit after not being able to move forward with the car I was interested in. Due to affordability once I added insurance. My goal was to pay in full. No loans. I would visit again when better prepared.

Bought a car from this dealership and it took a month to even get a hold of the car and it has now taken even longer to correct wrong information given to the RMV regarding the car due to the dealer taking charge of the registration and title. Dealer also promised the car would be given with a full tank of gas, that it would be detailed, and that it would either be inspected or the inspection would be paid for, all of these were lies. Only silver lining is that the car itself is perfect, other than that, wouldn’t recommend.

Having already known my budget and the pre-owned vehicle I was interested in before, I walked into the dealership. I was greeted by the young gentleman named Mustafa who was very nice and did not come across aggressive or pushy. He showed me the car I was interested in. He didn’t try to sway me into anything else. He literally answered every single question that I had without hesitation. He was very helpful and professional. Nice people here at Furnace Brook Motors. I would definitely refer anyone to this dealership and to Mustafa. Thanks so much!

I GOT MY DREAM CAR!!!!
Thank YOU! FURNACE BROOKE MOTORS! I was a bit scared figuring out what car to get! Especially as a female but the minute I walked in there I felt safe and comfortable. I had a list of questions and they were patient and informative. The entire process was easy and reliable. Jacob was beyond great! My sister will be getting her license soon and I will be referring her to Jacob!
