“Great service and great rates. Don't go and pay high prices at any cell phone retailer, Mass Mobile Solutions will have the better deal. I have purchased a note 5, note 8, iphone10 max and a mac book pro. They will offer cash for your old phone. They also have a repair service for phones and computers/laptops. I have been shopping there since the note 5 came out. And I am not the most tech savvy and they have answered any questions I have had.”

“My band needed to record a live set for a virtual music festival and we definitely didn't have enough cables or stands to provide to our sound guy who was using a 32 input console to mix/record the session. He recommended Audio Spectrum to us so we could rent a bunch of mic stands for vocals and drums, as well a bunch of XLR cables and some sub snakes. Rafael at Audio Spectrum put together the order in no time and was super flexible about what time I showed up to pick up the equipment.If you're trying to record some at-home live sets during quarantine and you want to have a sessions with GOOD audio without buying a bunch of stuff that you might not use again until the pandemic ends, go to Audio Spectrum.These guys are used to fulfilling orders for massive concerts all over the country and I believe were starting to have a global presence before COVID screwed everything up, so they're used to spending days on putting together orders for very large scale occasions. That said, if you're a small band or an individual trying to put together a recording session at home, Audio Spectrum can hook you up with what you need in no time.”

We went in again and dealt with Roscoe who was extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor, especially dealing with me and the frustrations that I had. He had us in and out in less than 20 minutes and I can’t say enough good things about him. He deserves a raise!”

However, I did notice a limited supply of the "No. 7" product line, which required multiple aisle visits to locate. While this was a minor inconvenience, addressing it could further improve customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience at Target surpassed that of other department stores, and I look forward to returning.”

“I came across their listing on Yelp and thought it was a shame that no one had posted for them. I am a working guitarist and over the years I have enlisted their services for my amplifiers and effects modules on several occasions. Technician Russ Wood has always been magical with my stuff, several times rescuing vintage items that I thought were doomed. Not sure if he is still there, but if their other techs are as good as Russ then there really is no other repair shop for me. In fact, I think I'll call them soon. I have some antique amps that need attention - and I know that they will be like new after a trip to the The Service Bench.”
