Their new automated phone system is MIND-BOGGINGLY inept. Straight out of Idiocracy. CVS really, really hates humans. Good luck reaching a humanoid.
All the more reason to avoid CVS like the plague that it is. They are doing their Orwellian best to make us all fat, sick, and frustrated while pretending they’re doing good work. If you don’t see a swastika when you look at that ugly CVS heart, you’re already living in an augmented reality.

Drive through window is closed 24/7. I can't get my life-saving medication because of this. Genuinely worried what's going to happen.

they constantly mess up my prescription doses and always take forever to refill them, i stopped going here because of the inconsistency, i am on quite important medications and i can’t have people constantly messing them up

There were complications procuring a replacement sensor for my Freestyle Libre 2. Abbot emailed me two vouchers, when presented at CVS, that were not received by my insurance. Cindy worked diligently to resolve the problem. CVS is privileged to have such a dedicated pharmacist committed to providing excellent patient care.

Jay C is the pharmacist that made me decide to go to another Pharmacy.5 hours to fill a script! I told him I would be there in about an hour and can wait. He told me “i don’t care. I’m not filling your script”. This is a daily prescription that needs to be taken before noon and he proceeded to tell me he didn’t care and it would not be ready until after 2 pm. (The scripts are dated and can’t be filled prior). When asking him why it would take so long, he hung up.I have had multiple little problems with this pharmacy I was able to move on from but Jay was the kicker. He was miserable, rude. Just all around the guy you don’t want to speak to or have filling your scripts.I hope you see this Jay and maybe think about how you treat customers.

Cindy single handedly changed my perception and past experience with cvs as a whole. You feel like you are dealing with a private pharmacist when you interact with her. She never has attitude. She is very professional and knows how to treat people with respect. There still are staff there with attitudes but I continue to go there to deal with her. My complex medication regimen makes things a little cumbersome and she helps me navigate the way through anything I need. This is an independently standing cvs within a small set of stores including Roche bros and ups and a orthopedic dr. There is always plenty of parking and you are in and out fairly quick. This is one of the original locations of the moderna vaccine and now they are administering flu shots.

A very big thank you to Cheryl at the pharmacy! On a very busy day a couple of weeks ago, Cheryl took my call no less than 4 times that day and helped me resolve a problem that I needed to solve before I want out of town the next day. Thank you so very much!!!

Pharmacy staff is very helpful!But....I drove to Denver, CO and took some wonderful pictures and never got them back!!!! Don't use their photo department!

DONT GO HERE! They wont switch my prescriptions over to a different pharmacy on request by me amd my new pharmacy. And pretend they dont know how. I wouldnt want someone who cant figure out the computer program they use managing my meds. Dont go here. Worst place ever. Not worth it anymore and over charge for prescriptions.
