Always some issue here ....with meds insurance or in stock items . Would suggest using a different cvs for medicine / prescription. I feel they may enjoy or get some kick or rush from the trouble they put you through ... save yourself the aggravation ?

Robin in the Pharmacy is AWESOME. I made the end of her day so much harder than it had to be. But she still went above and beyond...and never let me know it. I would of even gotten mad at me! Which I was BTW.Still, Robin's customer service skills are incredible. I hope cvs appreciates her for all she does, and has to offer. She made this visit a total turnaround and I definitely will be coming back, bc of her!

Never staffed. Always a long wait at the pharmacy. Sometimes the drive through is closed sometimes it’s open. Hard to imagine their district or regional staff care about the store to leave it staffed so poorly.

This store never has enough help. The pharmacy is horrible. Get ready to wait in line for 20 minutes for them to tell you it's not there or they haven't filled it yet but sent a txt msg to come get it. Insanity!!

Scheduled a covid test here for 10am. Called at 901am and discussed my upcoming10am covid test and transferred my inhalers from a different cvs so I could get everything done here at once especially since I may have covid. Show up at drive thru. Press call bell. Twice. Call them at 1020am. On hold for over 8 minutes. Press call bell again. Someone comes over and asks am I waiting for my prescription. I said I have been here for 30 minutes waiting for 10am covid test. Girl says we don't have anyone here to do that. I said well why wasn't I told over the phone when I transferred my inhalers here. I asked for my prescriptions. She told me I'd have to come inside. I asked you want me to come in when I might have covid?? HELLO. She came back to tell me I'd have to transfer them somewhere else and schedule my test somewhere else. I can't even get another cvs to pick up their phone! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM SO PPL STOP SCHEDULING THERE. Some courtesy would have been nice. I would have helped by asking hey can I make the transfer for you..maybe call another cvs for you. What a way to treat a patient with low lung capacity from being a nurse contracting covid at work now left with lung issues, who needs their inhalers and may have covid. Cool. Thank you. I then go online to schedule at another cvs and it tells me I can't because I already have one scheduled here. What a way to leave a patient alone, helpless and unable to retrieve inhalers and a test.

I am a regular user of the Walgreens store across the street and I will definitely continue after today. I have a strained anterior deltoid muscle in my shoulder. Along with the ice and heat treatments I thought I would try a CBD cream. I have never used any type of CBD lotion but so many people I now have raved about the benefits I thought I would give it a try. Online I read that this CVS carried these products. I mistaken thought CVS was a quality store and would have a good selection. I went there mid day on a Saturday and searched all over the store extensively. I could not find any CBD products. I also could not find any store employees to ask. There were two up at the registers but there was a long line . I went to the Pharmacy to ask and their gate was going down just as I got there. What is that all about? I eventually went back up front and asked a woman at one of the registers if they had any CBD lotion or cream. She looked at men like I had 3.5 heads. Her reaction was strange, bizarre and ignorant. She insisted she had zero idea what I was talking about and insisted she had never heard of the "initials" ever CBD before. She said she had worked there for 10 years but I believe she has been living under a rock for 10 years! Not surprised to see so many one star reviews for this store, too bad I can not rate zero stars. Big stupid waste of time at CVS.

I am switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy. There is no need to be on hold for 35 minutes to reach the pharmacy. To big and to greedy. You are just $$$$

The pharmacy staff and pharmacist at this location are unhelpful, offering inadequate and incompetent customer service too often. My children required the same prescription, all coming down with the same illness. The script was sent to this location. Upon arriving at the location, my wife found that the drive-through was closed and a line from the pharmacy nearly reached the front door. After waiting a long time, she was told the script was out of stock and to see the pharmacist at a separate window. Upon arrival, the pharmacist discovered that one of the scripts was actually available, even though she was confidently told by the person at the register that it wasn't. Instead of helping my exhausted wife right there at the window, the pharmacist then told her to get back in the long line to wait again to get the "one script" that was available. Upon collecting the available script, with tired eyes and feet, my wife was told to come back the following day after 3 PM to collect the remaining scripts. "They will definitely be here," she was told. So, she went back the next day only to find that the scripts were not available and left with nothing more than unhelpfulness from the people whose confident guidance was for her to "come back." They simply offered no real help, no solution, and no meaningful guidance. She left feeling stranded and "out of luck." This location seems understaffed, hobbled by poor leadership, beset by inefficiency and pitiless indifference towards customers, and strained by neglect. We understand that products run out and become back-ordered; It seems like standard fare these days. But, it is unacceptable to give people a false solution merely to "kick the can down the road" and move on to the next person in line. If you cannot commit to an actual solution, kindly admit the limitations, set realistic expectations based on real data, and actually prove your care for the human being that is in front of you through quality customer service. It is reasonable for us, as customers, to not like the way things are (i.e., medication back-ordered, late, unavailable, too expensive), but it takes a sad song and makes it sadder when poor customer service is the "bitter pill" you leave with, not your prescription.

Incredibly rude pharmacist. I called to make an appt for a Covid Test at noon, the woman I talked to at the pharmacy confirmed they were doing Covid tests and told me to make an appt online. I did that and showed up at the CVS (with an appt) at 2:45. I arrived and she yelled at me “THERE IS NO COVID TESTS TODAY” I tried to ask a follow up question since I had literally just talked to someone. She continues to raise her voice at me and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. Never been treated so poorly. Horrible, horrible CVS.

Rudest pharmacist ever. I had a question so I waited at the consultation window. I explained that I needed to see the medication leaflet due to an allergy and he said he wasn't going to open the safe to answer my question. Skip this CVS.

The pharmacist at the site was not helpful at all. I had an appointment to bring my mother, who has dementia and is living at a memory unit across the street, for a vaccine. We scheduled her for a flu vaccine and I then found out she already received one at the facility. I asked if I could switch the appointment to one for the Covid booster and I was told no. They did have it in stock but for some reason would not allow with the switch. Really no good reason, not at all helpful. Had just driven an hour to bring her to the appointment. It should be about helping patients which clearly they don't care about.
