I purchased a vehicle from Bournes two weeks ago and couldn’t be more happier with my decision. First, the vehicle was in immaculate condition and second this dealership was amazing. They have such great customer service and they made this entire process such a breeze. I look forward to doing business again with them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone.

Bourne's Auto Center is the opposite of the stereotypical used car dealer. Clean facility with nice vehicles clearly marked with fair prices. We found a car online and Charles quickly arranged for a test drive. There was no pressure when we left to see a vehicle at another dealer. We ultimately found the vehicle at Bourne's to be the best value. Charles made sure the transaction went smoothly and that I was able to take delivery at short notice on a holiday weekend. The business manager, Dave was also a pleasure to do business with. No hard sell on financing, warranties, Scotchguard or 'blinker fluid'! We have purchased many vehicles over the years and Bourne's was truly one of the best experiences.

Wonderful experience at Bourne’s Auto Center not only were the prices cheaper than any place in Massachusetts, but a fellow by the name of Kyle Bloom made the process very easy and seamlessly and there was no pressure or hounding whatsoever he just wanted to make sure another happy customer left the auto center very pleased. I will be sure to pass on Kyle’s information to family and friends in the market for a used car

Love our pristine, gleaming, loaded 2023 Nissan Altima from Bourne's Auto Center in Easton, Ma. Having had poor car buying experiences in the past with OTHER dealers, I have to say I was apprehensive but my concerns proved to be totally unfounded and I was pleasantly surprised every step of the way. This was my easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase experience by far. We simply selected the cars we were interested in online from their extensive inventory based on the wealth of information they provide on each vehicle, they were ready and waiting for us when we arrived, we test drove each one, selected the Altima, completed a simple finance application, and left the next day keys in hand with a great deal and a beautiful car. NO hassle, NO pressure - truly amazing. Jose Molina, our assigned Sales Professional, could not have been nicer to deal with and as a family man, he understood my family's needs and made sure we were totally satisfied. Ben, our finance contact, was also fantastic to work with - friendly, patiently answered all of our questions, and made it all happen for us. He even shared a fascinating piece of insider information on how the seats in our Altima were actually designed by NASA for comfort and support which was very important to us. The end-to-end process from the friendly check-in upon arrival was extremely efficient and made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. Bourne's clearly understands the importance of repeat customers to a business and treats all prospective buyers and buying customers accordingly. They're interested in providing car shoppers with a terrific car buying experience, not just moving inventory, and that's extremely rare when it comes to auto dealerships. I would unhesitatingly endorse Bourne's for your vehicle purchase needs and actually intend to purchase another vehicle from them next year. Thanks, Jose and Ben!

My son, and I, were in need of assistance involving a vehicle he had purchased at Bourne's. General Manager Michael Kelley went above and beyond to assist. Mr. Kelley was Professional and Courteous throughout the process.
While we were working with Michael Kelley and he introduced us to the General Manager of Sales, Carlos Machado, for financing. Mr. Machado provided insight and knowledge regarding the finance of my sons vehicle. He was able to secure the best rate available. I loved the no pressure sales approach, they have a great selection of Vehicles , we did not purchase a car cause the girlfriend’s daughter could decide on a vehicle .??♂️but I would highly recommend them if your in the market for a vehicle.
