“Not knowing where to begin or how to even start the process of getting repairs on my highlander, I did know I wanted to take it to Ace Auto body. I had once taken my Jeep Wrangler to the shop for tire repairs many moons ago and remember how easy the process was. I ended up following Ace auto body’s page on Facebook and saw how John was strictly for the customer. Post afterpost John spoke about difficult claims and rightfully doing the work on the vehicles that the customer deserved. I spoke with John and asked for help starting this. John took the time, gave me a rundown on how the process works and what to expect. Taken back by the first conversation with the insurance appraiser I remembered what John said. Weeks went by the appraiser and John went back and forth not getting very far. With more helpful advice John sent me in the right direction with the insurance company. At the end of the day my number one concern was my vehicle being safe. Being a mother with a child with heart issues my biggest fear was a major impact to my child’s chest while in his car seat. This was a very realistic fear knowing the appraiser did not want to replace the tire that took the brunt of the impact along with many other parts and tests that needed to be done. Today I received my highlander back with much gratitude and appreciation for John and his crew. I feel extremely confident that my vehicle is safe. My process was a bit longer because my doors were on backorder for nearly half a year, but its the manufacturer's fault. Parts are in short supply but I'm glad I went here because they did a fantastic job. My car looks better than it did before the accident. I had my car detailed as well and now my car is immaculate. They also were super helpful as they were able to repair my sunroof while it was in the shop. I also thought it was cool that they send text updates with photos of the car being brought back to life. “This auto shop is one of the best! I bought a used VW Tiguan and it’s been great. After about 10,000 miles or so (I do a lot of driving go figure) A few issues popped up turbocharger, suspension, of course oil change, breaks, the basics. And the owner of the shop works on the vehicles and shows me each of the items; what’s wrong with it, what it is supposed to look like, how it is supposed to work and why it is broken on the vehicle itself. This shows me he isn’t trying to scam you, he’s an honest man that knows what he’s doing, every repair has been done professionally and without any complaints. He’s willing to work with you, work on the worst issue of the vehicle first and slowly work on the lighter things as your finances allow.
