Go through the drive-thru to make it deposit during covid they send the paperwork back out because the lady can't add is what the manager tells me you got to fill out your own deposit slips because because the clerks can't add very odd not covid friendly nightmare, zero service sad industry

Walked in in a rush needing to make quick change for a large bill. Was told they would not make change for me because I didn’t have an account. Not good for a local bank. Should be more helpful in the community. Decided on the spot that I would never do business with them. Went to the bank across the street who helped me right away.

Walked in to the branch needing to make change for a large bill for a gift. Was told they wouldn't help me because I didn't have an account. Decided on the spot that I will NEVER have an account. Not a good for the community. Disappointed.

I have used this bank for a long time- all the people are great- Beatrice is soo very nice! One thing is the app I use sometimes gives me a headache..... but I will hang in because the people are so nice
