Went there for an inquiry about some paper work on my account, while the teller was assisting me she needed assistance from another teller. From what I saw - the other tellers personal conversation she was having for fifteen minutes or so was way more important than assisting her colleague and other customers that were waiting.this is my second time in this branch and second time leaving with unresolved issues due to bad customer service. It wasn’t until I was ready to leave and at the exit that she offered assistance…. BOA should really retrain employees on the importance of customer interactions and service. I drove to the next town over where they were able to assist me professionally and courteously.

ATM took my card and instantly locked out. Card slot door came down and red screen saying temporarily out of service. Called the number on ATM and it told me to call back during normal business hours, I called back repeatedly pressing 0 and got associate who issued me a new card. In the meantime ATM unlocked and looked normal, probably awaiting next victim. Also BofA had no interest in even knowing the location of this ATM so good luck out there.

Trying to get some information, like rates etc. over the phone is impossible. Everyone is a specialist but can’t answer simple question. Transferred to 3 different specialist and no luck. I called Rockland credit union and the one woman on the phone was able to answer my question. Big banks are a nightmare.
