The crew was friendly and knew everything about the product and how to install it properly and they took the cardboard!!
I recommend using AVI for whatever project you have planned. You won't regret it!!!!

Trustworthy, hi level of knowledge, after 10 years of having AVI take care of our home tech needs we just upgraded tvs and they made it look easy. Very happy as always. Not the least expensive but the most experienced.

The employees of AVI are the best! From the service reps (hey Linda and Kara) to the technicians (shout out to Alex), they have completely demystified our complex system of home automation for ADA assistance, wifi/internet signaling for work from home, and updating our home theater system. I also like the Control4 home automation software, which allows the user to run basic checks on the system before calling in the pros. AVI got us through lockdown, and we are now loyal customers for life!

Jim (the owner) was a frequent customer of my former job. Extremely nice guy. Called them up and Jim called me back. Spoke at length about my options. Was able to accommodate me on coming in to take a listen. Originally told me he wasnt going to be in the store, but said someone would help me. Jim happened to be walking thru and spent time with me and his coworker showing me the product. I was more than happy and decided to pay in full for everything. This company does not disappoint!! For top notch and quality service, please call and work with them. NO PRESSURE EITHER and no upselling!!

One of the best AV experiences we have had from start to finish. Every person along the way from sales, to customer service/scheduling to installation has been professional, knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. Upon installation, they also made sure to get the job done right rather than just getting it done. We are so glad to have worked with them for all of our AV needs in our new home and know that we are in good hands going forward if we ever experience issues or need an upgrade. Top notch company and people!

AVI is one of the most professionally run businesses we have ever worked with. Each and every one of the tech’s is amazing- our favorite is Tommy but they are all top notch. We have been working with AVI since 2006 and it’s amazing to see how Jim’s tech’s are all still part of his crew, he just keeps adding which shows how his business keeps growing with new technology. His electrical add on with Steve has transformed our new home- what’s better then not having to work with multiple vendors for electrical wiring, lighting, etc when you have Steve! Extra kudos to Linda in the office who always is available to make appts, follow up, etc. Jim will always make himself available for site visits, recommendations, etc. Any time you need help, something doesn’t work- you call and they come out ASAP! The positives are endless.
