I got my Covid shots at Walgreen in E’ton. I have had needle phobia for a couple of decades where I end up jerking away as soon as I feel anything touch my arm. I mentioned this to Mr Will Smullen, the person giving me the injection. He agreed to use the smallest needle he has, and reassured me that he will be very gentle and careful. I felt a tiny touch and to my huge surprise he had finished giving me the injection! It was AMAZING! I think I will get all my Covid and flu shots from here for as long as he works there! THANK YOU!!!

The pharmacy here is awful. The techs are rude and unhelpful and the head pharmacist will straight up ignore you or get rude when you ask questions about your medications. When I asked them to put in a coupon for one of my meds once they told me I’d have to do it myself. Which, okay, but every other pharmacy I’ve ever been to has never had a problem doing it when I asked so that was strange. Another time I needed an urgent PA sent to my doctor for a med. They waited five days to send it out which left me without my medication for two weeks as my insurance lapsed after. Also very important to note is if you are a trans person they will ask you weird and invasive questions before “allowing” you to receive your Rx’s. Very shady, discriminatory, and not a practice I’ve seen nor experienced at other pharmacies before. Avoid going to this pharmacy at all costs.

Clean and neat store with a quaint, hometown feel. Front Store manager is friendly and positive. Pharmacy manager is a delight. Staff is prompt and professional. In and out quickly and painlessly with latest Covid vaccine.

The pharmacy is awful. Gave me wrong information over the phone which caused me to have to drive back and forth three times to the store. To top it off, they tried to sell me a recalled medication! I took my prescription to Walmart and it was night and day--the Walmart staff knew the brand that had been recalled (unlike Walgreens folks) and made sure I got a good brand, on top of being kind and professional. If you don't want to be sold a recalled prescription, take your business to the Walmart instead!

The pharmacy is only open Monday through Friday 9 to 5. I cannot get my prescription because I have a job.

This place is a dumpster fire. They closed the pharmacy without notifying anyone so I have no idea where my rx is. The automated phone line is useless, and getting to talk to a person is both difficult and also useless. I'm never doing business with this place ever again.

Unbelievably terrible. They closed the pharmacy without notifying anyone, and I have no idea where my RX is. Naturally the automated phone system tries to stonewall you from talking to a real person, and doesn't have any answers. Not that the real people do either - I'm never doing business with Walgreens ever again.

If Walgreens in Easthampton bothered to pay their pharmacy employees an adult wage, maybe they wouldn't close suddenly so often due to staffing issues? Pharmacists that do show up rarely wear masks.

The pharmacists here don’t wear masks, nor are they any good at refilling prescriptions. They’re also mean. And that’s when the pharmacy is actually open, which is rare.

With several back surgeries I sometimes have a very hard time getting in and out of stores. I recently ran out of an important medication and was enduring a lot of pain on that day and could barely walk. I asked the pharmacy if they could complete a curbside delivery and Ann the pharmacist and her team was kind enough to deliver my medication outside to the parking lot. For me it was such an act of kindness and they really helped me when I needed it and was in so much pain. They definitely went outside their scope of duties. Thank you thank you!

I'm not one to write reviews for big chains, but I've had some great interactions with staff in the pharmacy department here, been extremely friendly and helpful as long as they have what they need from Dr and/or insurance.

I used to Love Walgreens until I transferred to this Walgreens awful location if I could give them 0 stars ? I would!! I also have been made aware that this establishment specifically the pharmacy staff is intolerant towards L.G.B.T.Q community persons which is not a gud practice a chain business should follow.
