Giving this five stars because of the customer service of Erika. She was really fantastic. She knew what she was doing, and she did it with a smile which was really refreshing after having dealt with exactly the opposite multiple times at the Hadley post office. The store location and the staff at the location are very helpful, but the drivers who pick things up/ don't pick things up are frustrating.

I love my local post office! Never have had a bad experience there - in fact, the opposite. The folks there are so friendly that often it makes my day to go!
