EXTREMLY RUDE unpleasant customer service I got enough drinks that 2 hands couldn't carry didn't ask if I wanted a bag and when I asked kindly I got a sigh like it was a choir not how u keep business I usually avoid this place but it stays open later hours that's the 2 stars.

This store is wonderful with the exception of the older white guy who is rude, not helpful, and literally a reason NOT TO GO TO THE STORE, why employ him every other employee is nice except for the old white guy... cancel that idiot. Btw I'm a 40 yr old white man saying this

This store is poorly kept together with little to no options. The owner has a terrible, discriminatory attitude. He sold to a young white girl in front of me who looked like she needed to be ID’d but immediately demanded a African American show his ID. Wouldn’t recommend.

Not sure about the reviews saying the cashier here is rude or depressed. I went in today and they were helpful and pleasant. It’s small, but the selection is good. Also, they’re open late even on Sunday!

I’ve been a loyal customer frequently purchasing daily from this business. A few weeks ago I found myself without my credit card but had enough cash for my purchase save 2 cents short. The owner, Sue treated me like a scumbag. Saying “get out of here as I don’t want to hold up the line.” For 2 pennies she humiliated me! I returned to the store immediately with a dime and walked away. She called after me that she owed me change. Really?! This family business has no concern or loyalty to faithful customers and the community of Easthampton.

the guy who makes the food comes out with a stained bib to cash out customers at the liquor store. sure way to get food poisoning is to dine here. they are filthy!
