I have been seeing Steph for years with good results...Until last week we had a miss communication about color and when I reached out to tell her how I felt about it she tells me shampoo it it will tone down... Instead of offering some sort of solution knowing how much I hate my hair... I left with basically black hair and fire engine red highlights which was due to some miscommunication but the response I received was not okay. You should always offer to fix a unhappy clients hair. Will not be returning or sending anyone back here

Love it here. This is the most consistent I have been with getting trims because Stephanie makes it so easy. My hair is healthy and growing well. Personable , extremely well priced and quick. Lucky to have her shop !

I came in from out of town and although the walk-in thing didn't work out, I came back the next day and Bethany rocked my haircut! Would recommend Reflections to anyone!

I absolutely love coming here. Stephanie is literally the hair whisperer. I have gone to her several times for a color and a cut (need to soon!) I took my daughter here for her first haircut. She is on the spectrum, high functioning I took her here knowing Stephanie would know what to do. She handled my daughter so well . Made her comfortable and was very patient with my daughters kung fu moves when dodging the comb thank you thank you! She recommended what to cut off to help bring my daughters hair toward where it needed to be and she looks stunning. Hands down an awesome place to go. I always get nervous taking my little one places especially something new such as having hair cut off. We left there so happy. We can not thank you enough. It has been many many years that I have trusted someone with my hair. I went in and was so scared. Stephenie was so amazing. I showed her a few pictures of how I style but I needed a healthy CHOP but nothing above my shoulders. I told her to pick a color she would reccomend. she did everything so perfect. I immediately felt a difference and I am so happy with how my hair came out! I would highly recommend Reflections to everyone. her prices are very good as well. she made me feel so comfortable the whole time I was there. talking laughing and having a great time. So, here's the thing. Ranting first, then glowing praise ensues. Bear with me, it's relevant. Tl,dr is trust Steph with whatever you've got going on.I have hair almost long enough to sit on and have had almost nothing but bad experiences for the last thirty years, so kind of hate other people touching it at all, let alone cutting it. However, I know sometimes it needs some professional attention. I haven't had my hair so much as looked at by a professional in two years. I am DELIGHTED with these dames, in no small part because I'm (justly) paranoid. Steph was suggested to me by a formerly long haired friend whose judgement I trust. It turns out Steph is relentlessly cheerful, kind, and gentle and while apparently my hair was in lovely shape, a huge relief given the state I was afraid I'd neglected it into, it is now so much better and I left armed with some solid battle plans for improving on a pretty good foundation and an appointment for a very reasonable three months from now to see where we're at (long hair doesn't need fussing with every six weeks, I was right...). Additionally, while tiny, the salon is very comfortable and fun, which really helped me keep a grip on my game face so I could take that leap of faith these ladies richly deserve. Further, they are not charging anywhere near what I was expecting and I was floored and delighted, given we're still trying to recover from being unemployed for a year.P. S. Parking in this town is SUPER stressful, but there's some to be had around the corner a bit, or, if you don't drive a giant truck, down the street a touch.

I took my son for his first haircut. Stephanie was kind, easy and just a delight. She had a special room for kids with toys, books and a race car seat to get his hair cut in. It couldn’t have been a better experience!
