“Excellent value for my money. I have been overpaying for a long time just so I can finance a phone with the Big guys.
The manager is an empathic disciplinarian: she will check you if you come in with the wrong intention or attitude. I witnessed a flagrant customer get denied service (rightfully so). I wanted to call the P.D., but the manager deescalated the situation and had the customer walk out without being arrested.

“A kind young man, Jay Santiago, helped me so much today in the West Springfield store I could not believe it. Another representative, when I walked in your store, listened to my problem and gave me an 800 number and that was about it. Not at all kind or helpful. Just matter-of-fact. No smiles, no reassurance, nothing. I then saw Jay and asked him to help and he was amazing and solved my problem quickly. He called the 800 number for me and gave them all the information and in less than 20 minutes I was all set. He could not have been nicer, and I will forever be indebted to him for such wonderful help and kindness. He thanked me for coming back to T-Mobile as I was a previous customer.”

“Best Walmart around. Way better than the one in Hadley, like 1000 times better. Maybe smaller, but better. Less is more :) Bigger food selection and has a frozen food selection unlike Hadley Walmart. Very friendly staff. I live close to the Walmart in Hadley, but i drive out of my way to visit this store. I cringe if i have to go Hadley store. Only downside is they banned plastic bags in Noho so you're stuck with paper.”

“Came in with my free government lifeline cell phone numbers account number and password and seemingly was able to port in and save my current cell phone number to a new cell phone brand new with a screen protector and a case for $130 including the first month's bill of unlimited streaming and uploading high speed internet and then took off the offer of the Samsung a9 plus 5G 11 inch tablet for $20 more on my monthly bill and only $15 additionally for commission and sales tax. I am currently very elated and satisfied with my purchase and service I highly recommend it to anyone!”

I cannot give enough stars to the T-Mobile store in Hadley MA. My former phone company had a bit of a meltdown with a system upgrade, and I was without cell service for many days.
I came to the T-Mobile store and they scooped me right up and supported me with every step with the process of transferring my phone over to their service. Every single person I interacted with was so kind, patient, and knowledgable and treated me like a human, not like a transaction. They truly went out of their way to help me, and it was some of the best customer service I have ever received! I am leaving with a new I-Phone 16, and all kinds of bells and whistles, (and am paying a little less than I was with my former company).
I highly recommend T-Mobile, and this store in particular. Special shoutout to Chaz, who has been our warm, friendly guiding light through this process, and also Desire, Christian and Vinnie for the help and encouragement you offered as well.”

“I was very impressed with the customer service! Shortly after I arrived to get a new phone, the woman helping me had to leave unexpectedly. The other team member, James, came over to help and mentioned he was supposed to be leaving soon for his daughter’s first birthday party. He called a manager to check to see if someone was coming to relieve him and was told they would be there shortly. Then, an elderly man came in and was having a hard time with his phone and understanding how things worked on it. James stayed calm and was very pleasant and helpful to the man, offering assistance with multiple things (how to sign into email, how to recover a password, explaining WiFi vs data). His relief didn’t show up until over a half hour later. I felt really bad for him, as a fellow parent, I understood the urgency for wanting to get to his daughter’s party. When his relief arrived, instead of leaving right away, he stayed to make sure everything was closed out with my order and phone transfer, even though I told him he should go and let the other team member help me finish up. I kept thinking how impressive it was that he never once showed that he was frustrated or upset about being late to his daughters party, and that he was so very pleasant under such a stressful situation. Hats off to James! Absolutely amazing customer service all around!”
