I am editing my review of Guild Art supply. Today I visited the store in Easthampton which is with the press and the frame shop. I had a very unpleasant experience a few years ago when the store was in downtown Northampton. That was due to a staff member who was extremely rude.I did not realize that the store was moving to Easthampton. I visited today, the shelves were full, I actually found what I came here for, and it was wonderful to visit an actual art supply store after so many years. The staff was very pleasant. The only issue that I can see and as I read in another review is that the store is not accessible. It was pouring when I visited and the water was pouring down the parking area and I had to remove my shoes in order to get to my car.Hopefully they will consider a ramp. I do not have an issue with this but if I did I would be disappointed that I couldn’t access the store.Overall, this experience redeemed my opinion of Guild Art Supply. I’m very pleased that there is now a good art store that I can visit in the area.

I hope this store stays around forever. I miss it's original NOHO location but this one has absolutely delightful people working there always and so much to buy in a very small space. Big enough though to spend $100's if you choose. Love, love love this store, it's products and it's staff.

The new location is small but filled to the brim. The prices are a tiny bit higher than bigger places, but they also generally don't carry "cheap" products. It's a very 'you get what you pay for' combined with 'we carry good stuff' mix. You could get cheaper but you really wouldn't want to.Staff is still super friendly and helpful.

If you are in a wheelchair or use a walking device you are unable to enter this store. They are not ADA compliant. The store space is owned by Riverside Industries who works with special-needs employees, but They obviously do not care enough to install a ramp so that it can be an inclusive space for everyone to shop. It’s so frustrating to be an artist and not be able to go in. Maybe if enough people complain they will install a ramp.

This review is for Pierce's frame shop who was tasked with a few framing projects from me. An artistic eye is something I'm lacking but I wanted to make an heirloom piece using shells I collected with my son from our annual trips to Martha's Vineyard. Chris, from Pierce's frame shop, took the time to make some great suggestions on using a nicely beachy colored matte paper to glue the shells onto. He gave me the paper and some additional supplies for the project. His advice was super helpful in making a beautiful piece. He then picked out a really nice frame for it which brought the seaside theme nicely together. Chris also helped me pick out some beautiful frames for a couple of Indian-inspired artwork I had. The finished, framed pieces went beyond my expectations. I'm so grateful I had a chance to work with him.

I love this store! I go there for "PrismaColor Premier colored pencils. This storehas a huge variety of this brand of coloredpencils. Including Very Fine Prisma Colorpencils. A super benefit to the store'scustomers. If there's a color they don'thave. They will special order colors youwant! Now, that's what an awsome storeis all about. The store has a whole lotmore than just colored pencils. Big, paintdepartment. And more! Awsome Store!
