I had some small dents, mainly on the hood of my car after a hail storm and took it to an autobody shop for repair. They said they’d need to replace the hood and paint the vehicle. I felt that was a bit excessive for about 15-20 small dents but the technician explained they don’t “push out” dents at his shop. I said something to the receptionist and she gave me the names of two other autobody shops nearby which might repair the dents without having to replace the hood. I read reviews and chose Full Tilt Auto Body & Collision in Hatfield, MA. Matt at Full Tilt said they do have someone who handles dents and after looking at the car said that would be the way to go. He was knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything and more. The receptionist, Katherine, was also very helpful, personable and responsive. I picked up my car recently and it looked like it did when I drove it off the lot when it was new. The outside looks great and they detailed the inside—clean as a whistle. Definitely recommend Full Tilt.

Full Tilt is a reliable skilled professional auto body shop/business organization. After a bizarre and sad collision with a bear they took my car in, and interacted with my insurer, car rental agency, and me in a speedy and honest way. Thank you Matt(owner) and Katherine and all parties so much.

I recently had my car repaired at Full Tilt auto body and I must say, I am extremely impressed with the quality of their work. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my car was fixed properly. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and my car looks as good as new. I would highly recommend Full Tilt auto body to anyone in need of auto body repairs. They are truly the best around.

Matt and his team always do a stellar job with my vehicles. They come back perfectly detailed and their communication is spot on. I was informed along the way the whole time and my questions were answered fast! I would recommend them to anyone. Getting in an accident is stressful, getting your car fixed shouldn’t be and they go above and beyond to take that stress off of you!

I was very pleased with Full Tilt customer service (Hannah and Johanna) for they were knowledgeable, friendly and reassured me that my brand new Toyota (rear end accident, ugh!) would be in good hands. I picked the car up fixed, shiny and clean as if I drove it straight from the show room (which technically I did a couple of months before) Matt answered any questions or concerns in a polite no nonsense manner. I recommend checking out Full Tilt for your auto body repairs.

I only got my car detailed there, but it came out great! Zack was super friendly and cared about the quality of work done. Boasted about the detailer who did a great job. The few times I called the customer service people were friendly and helpful as well.
