My family followed Dr. Losert from when she worked at the VCA to opening her own hospital. Dr. Losert is an incredible veterinarian who is smart and easy to talk to. She took excellent care of our three dogs and now two cats. My husband and I asked ourselves if we got more animals after our dogs passed just so we could see Dr. Losert again. To top it all off, the prices are very reasonable and all the support staff is amazing.

Above and Beyond. From the time you enter the building to the time you leave, you are treated well and they genuinely care for your pets. My German Shepherd is a very anxious girl and they ALWAYS take the time to get her comfortable, give consistent praise to the strides she makes in becoming comfortable with the staff. My girl has been having a few health issues the past few months and they always make time for her, even if it means I leave her in their care for the day and they fit her in around appointments. They have never recommended anything that has seemed unnecessary. They also have respected all decisions I’ve decided to make, and advise on the best way to navigate her health based on those decisions. I also have 2 cats that are clients here and they have handled them exceptionally well also. Especially when one of them needed a special surgery due to a birth defect. Amazing. The definition of Professionals. Thank you Easthampton Animal Hospital, and everyone employed there.

So great, I can't tell you. We just moved here from out of state and the dog got an infected hot spot. They got us in quickly. Our dog is a rescue and is afraid of everything, the doctor was so gentle, kind and patient with her. I recommend them highly. Thank you guys for taking such good care of Winnie she on the mend! ?

I attempted to move our cat to this practice as it is closer to home and he HATES getting in the car. This was the response I received from them:Thank you for taking the time to fill out our new client application form; based on the prior medical records that were reviewed we have decided to decline your application. As noted on our new client application form that you completed, our practice strongly believes in preventative medicine which includes annual examinations and routine vaccinations, and it appears Toby last received medical care in July 2019. We wish you all the best in finding a veterinary practice that meets your needs.Sincerely,Easthampton Animal Hospital**** my response to this email (hopefully they see this as they do not provide an area to email on the website:That's really unfortunate. He was due for annual right at the break of Covid, and for that and a few other reasons we were unable to get him in (covid, work schedules, and finances). I can't believe that your facility would decline care for the reasons you listed. He is an indoor cat who has been relatively healthy until recent! We had high hopes that your office would be able to get him back on track! He is a part of our family and we would never let him go without proper care when needed. What you are implying is that we have neglected him, and that's not even close to the truth. If your facility really believed in proper care, you would not "turn down" anyone looking for help. Thanks for wasting my time, much appreciated!

Amazing people who have that type of intuition you really don't see with vets much these days. Intuition being that thing that can't be trained or interviewed for that thing that sits adjacent to empathy mixed in with a refined emotional intelligence; yet somehow, each member of the staff that I have met possesses it in legions and multitudes each. Won't go anywhere else. 17 stars!

Dr Lothart and team are fantastic. The only place to accept my dog as a new patient during covid. They've taken great care of him ever since.

Well, they are probably professional but they are very expensive also before they do anything to the pets the should tell the owner and they don't get surprises by the bill not everyone has lot of money and they only book you for example trimming the nails that is what they should do nothing else and no surprise bill.

In my experience, unfortunately this is one of those veterinary practices that care more about how much money you will spend on your pet than their actual needs.

Don’t go here. All they care about is money and not your pet. Manger is rude and uncompromising; has no compassion and goes against verbal promises. They have released us as a patient due to an unpaid bill that has actually been paid and won’t take any responsibility on their end. I have proof of payment date and the letter being sent out WEEKS after. Again all they care about is $. Awful people.

It's a Fantastic Place to take your animals! I used to go to VCA and They were Expensive! The Vet (sorry, I forgot her name) is Excellent as are the staff! They're All a Wonderful Group of Extremely Caring people! They're also more affordable than Any VCA! I Wouldn't take my Puppy Anywhere Else! All of the Doctors are excellent, thorough diagnosticians with wonderful bedside manners! I have finally found the Best of the Best care for my beloved Japanese Chin, Rosie! ❤️ ?

We like Dr. Losert, she is practical, down-to-earth and accessible. We appreciate that she's not trying to sell a bunch of products and we generally came to expect this experience from the clinic. Our mistake-- other doctor was snippy, condescending and short with us. Especially avoid their newest doctor, who we saw in a pinch. She totally scammed us, recommending tests and products we didn't need, tactics we later recognized from other places that prey on worried and exasperated pet owners to make a buck. All techs have been lovely!

Dr. Kenna and staff are absolutely wonderful, caring, and Knowledgeable! The clinic has seen my 14 yr old dog, Snoopy, since birth, and I’m always pleased with their service. They have gone the extra mile to get me in for emergency visits, will call back, and provide support and guidance over the telephone. Highly recommend.
