My husband and I got our wedding bands here a couple months ago. The owner was kind, efficient, and considerate. I don't buy a lot of jewelry, but the prices seemed reasonable. The business is clearly invested in the community and it shows. The owner ordered our rings on the spot and the timeline he quoted was accurate. It was everything that a small, local business that one would want. This business has been around a long time for a reason! While we were there, I also saw a lot of items that would be great for birthday or other life event presents- tie clips, birthstone earrings, saint medals. They really seem to cater to most jewelry needs.

Mark is Awesome! I had trouble getting a watch bracelet to fit me, and he did a great job in making it perfect for me. He was extremely patient. I Highly recommend this jeweler for any watch/jewelry repair. Side note: The store was founded by his grandfather in the 1940's and has a great vibe in Easthampton. Support local business and go here!

My boyfriend (now fiancé) had a necklace custom made for my birthday. Mark was a pleasure to work with. A few months later he worked with Mark to design an engagement ring. Mark was professional, knowledgeable, gave great advice and had a quick turn around time. We were on our last day of vacation when my fiancé proposed and the ring was too big. We drove straight from vacation to the store and got there at about 5:30. Mark promised to have the ring done the next day. My fiancé and I were so happy and excited but a little sad I wouldn't wear the ring that night to celebrate. We went out to dinner in town and less than 90 minutes later, Mark called to say he finished the resize and we could pick it up right then! It was such a kind and sweet gesture. He went above and beyond to make this special day even better. Thank you, Mark! It meant so much to us!
