The woman that works here should be fired! She was beyond rude, unprofessional and clearly very unhappy with herself. She was embarrassing to say the least! I addressed this with management but doubt they’ll address this issue with her. I know people personally that also had a negative experience with the people that work here. Who in their right mind hires these people? I don’t think they care that they lose customers though. I will never be back here!

The listing says it's open twenty four hours but it's not. I'm here at 12:45 AM and the store is dark and the gas pumps are off. There is a handwritten sign on the door that says "Store Closed 11pm-5am".If you're closed, fine, but change your listing and don't claim to be open twenty four hours.People go out of their way to go to a twenty four hour location in the middle of the night when there are few choices.. Is extremely extremely annoying to drive all the way there and find out they're really not open.

Workers just really hate their jobs. You can just walk in and feel it. Always attitude no matter the time, really, I heard it many times go towards everyone. The food isn't good either.

Rudest older lady working ever .m, unfortunately didn't catch her name . Don't even know why she works in a customer service position because she's absolutely miserable . Came in with my boyfriend around 10:00 pm on July28th. Rude , rude, rude. Do better. Hire employees that don't take out their hatred of their own life on customers . What an unpleasant experience

The store itself is big and spacious. So that's nice. The thing that annoys me is they say they're open 24 hours a day on their website yet for the past year I have gotten up very early to get some milk and stuff and I go there and there's never anyone there at 4:00 or 4:30 there's always a sign on the door saying be back at 8:00. If you're not open 24 hours then stop putting that sign up or at least change it on your official website. It's so annoying. The staff however are great

I've been using this gas station for the past three years since moving to Easthampton. Their member pay system is amazing. You link your payment account to an app and once you drive up you can just press pay on your phone and pump. Plus you get free food and drinks for buying discounted gas that you needed anyways!

I tried paying with a hundred dollar bill and the lady wouldn’t accept my payment and said it was fake when she used the marker and it clearly showed up as a lighter color it’s only fake if it turns dark . I then went to a store down the street and used it. Not to mention she had a horrible attitude to begin with.
