The meat quality is impeccable. If you only typically eat factory farmed meat from the box grocery stores, you should try a steak from corsello. Flavors in here you don't get there. The sandwiches are fabulous. If you're looking for a tower-of-meat experience this is not that, but they are the best sandwiches around. The meatballs, I don't know how they taste like that, so great. Service is always on point. Keep your spending money in the community, support pastured meat farming, and enjoy tastier better quality meat.

We have shopped at this store a few times and everything was wonderful. However, my last visit they cut a steak for me and I paid roughly 50.00....steak was awful. Even my wife commented on the quality. I did call the store to voice my disappointment and was told try another cut. Will not be returning.

Just snagged a fabulous bone-in ribeye from this fantastic little butcheria. Terrific cuts of meat, thick as you like. Great service, outstanding part of this little community.

Overpriced, bad service. Did online pickup and had to pay additionally to walk out with everything I ordered despite already paying online.

I recently visited this deli and tried the pork loin sandwich with pesto. While the flavor was fantastic—definitely a winner in the taste department—I left feeling quite disappointed. The sandwich was tiny, only about three bites! For the price I paid, I expected more than just a single slice of pork.
It would be great if they offered different sizes for their sandwiches at varying price points. I love a good sandwich, but I also want to feel satisfied after my meal. If the portion sizes were adjusted, I believe it could elevate the experience significantly. Overall, I enjoyed the taste, but the size left much to be desired.
Willing to reevaluate review if changes are made.
Again a sandwich that’s over $12 should have some sustenance and should not be the size of an ice cream sandwich.

The other day was my first time trying Corsellos. First the good, we got 2 sandwiches and they were very good.
We also got a 2 lb porterhouse to try. This was one of the worst pieces of meat I've had in a long time. It was an $80 piece of meat that barely had any edible meat on it, maybe 10 ounces of actual beef without gristle, and thats being generous. The meat itself was very fatty, wasn't trimmed well and it was very tough.
I’m very disappointed. I cook a great steak but the quality was just lacking. I don't understand the positive reviews. I get steak that are 10x better at whole foods.
I might come back for a sandwich but i would never pay that kind of money for such low quality meat again.

Just had an Italian beef sandwich here and it reminded me of Chicago! 10/10, absolutely delicious!

Where do I start? This is a love letter....
Corsello is a special place. You know it, the second you open the door. This is the very definition of craft and artisan. Longingly looking through their cases, I almost became emotional. These were things of beauty, made by people who care!
The people who work there are warm and friendly and when they found out it was my first time, took the time to show me around.
Now let me tell you about my Italian Beef sandwich. It was amazing! The bread was soft and delicious, the quality of the beef was insane, the au-jus was so good I could drink it, and the spicy giardiniera was crispy and spicy. Together this made an amazing Italian Beef! Is it the same as in Chicago? No! But it's the best you will have in New England (and frankly the quality is way higher).
As I sit and type this I have convinced myself it is time to go back and do some shopping. So gotta run... I am on the way to Corsello!

Friendly and accommodating service, quality meats, a few tasty cheese selections and wonderful sandwiches made in house. It's really quite lovely to have a little butcher shop in town!

Someone commented about this gem of a place on the western ma eats fb group. My wife and i wound up getting the Italian sub with mozzarella added on. I am from queens ny and always had my comfort “hero” sandwiches. I have been living in western ma for 18 years and have yet to have found a comfort sandwich place. This is it! The search has ended. The spicy Italian sub I had was such a unique magical experience and so fresh tasting!! I cannot wait to go back and try the classic beef and shaved pork and all their other offerings. What a gem of a find!

My girlfriend and I went here for sandwiches today. She had the Italian sub and I had the shaved roasted pork loin sandwich. Both were amazing. We ended up leaving with some dry aged steak for dinner too. Amazing food, and service this will definitely be a regular spot for us now for lunch.

I’ve been coming here since this wonderful family opened the place. Even though I live in Georgia, I try to stop by while visiting my son, and get the most amazing sandwiches I’ve ever had. This butcheria is one of the best things to happen to Easthampton. I only wish we had one in Atlanta.

We are lucky to have Corsello Butcheria here in Easthampton, MA! Incredible sandwiches and meats expertly prepared. Try the Italian Beef Sandwich with the hot Giardiniera tapenade. Insanely good & like nothing else around. Solid mozz and prosciutto sandwich. My favorite roasted veg sandwich around as well. Don't pass the gem up if you're near Easthampton/Northampton!
