Excelant fast service. I had a previous breach and had the computer cleaned but I got hit again. Computer Works on this breach did a much better complete scan and repair.

I'd give them ten stars if possible. If u need computer help or wanna buy a computer for home, work or gaming this is a great place to go. Not only were they incredibly honest with me but they helped me fix my situation in less than a day, let me come in on Sunday the day before Christmas so that my stepson would get his Christmas present on time. Words can't even express how grateful I am. They also warranty their work and products and if I need anything within the next year labor wise it will be at no charge. The guy who works there is so nice and helpful, all and all this was the best experience I've ever had at a computer store in the last 20 yrs!

Was able to solder the RTC battery substitute on my 11th-gen Framework laptop in a timely manner. The owner was very kind. They also have a nice selection of old video games and consoles, and even candles. I can see myself revisiting here at some point. Thank you!

I just discovered this awesome store in Easthampton. I thought I needed a new charging port for my iPad. I went into the store and Wes took a lot of time trying different charging parts, i.e. cords, plugs to see if anything worked. He found out my wire on the charger was bad. He found a wire that worked for my iPad and didn’t even charge for his diagnostic expertise. I bought a new wire that worked with my existing plug and left the store very happy that he saved me some money.

Quickly repaired the charging port on my iPad and didn’t charge me! I’ll definitely return here for any other laptop or tablet issues.

Left an email message to repair an item for my nephew. Left a phone number as well. Never got a reply or call.Either they don't look at their emails or just don't care about the web side of the business.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about my experience with Computer Works. Competent, quick, and great customer service as well. I’m a wreck when I’m without my desktop, so I appreciated Wes being patient with all my questions and phone calls. Friendly Customer Service. Had some issue with Audio port and he fixed it within 15 mins. Absolutely recommend this place for any tech repairs.

Awesome shop, totally deceiving from the outside. They have much much more than PC components. I remember seeing retro video games, consoles, Kringle Candle stuff, and other items. The owner was really friendly and helpful

I had the need for some computer repairs and went to Computer Works. I was truly amazed with the outstanding service as well as the personable customer service given by the staff! I also was not aware of all the other merchandise available for sale. Games,video's,hand made cards, candles and more! They they should add the words: and more to the Computer Works sign.

Echoing another review to say definitely watch out for the predator at this place. Children should be kept away at all costs. Additionally, judging by this same man's litigious history, be VERY careful; he files lawsuits as if they were a fun hobby.
