“I had some small dents, mainly on the hood of my car after a hail storm and took it to an autobody shop for repair. They said they’d need to replace the hood and paint the vehicle. I felt that was a bit excessive for about 15-20 small dents but the technician explained they don’t “push out” dents at his shop. I said something to the receptionist and she gave me the names of two other autobody shops nearby which might repair the dents without having to replace the hood. I read reviews and chose Full Tilt Auto Body & Collision in Hatfield, MA. Matt at Full Tilt said they do have someone who handles dents and after looking at the car said that would be the way to go. He was knowledgeable, friendly, explained everything and more. The receptionist, Katherine, was also very helpful, personable and responsive. I picked up my car recently and it looked like it did when I drove it off the lot when it was new. The outside looks great and they detailed the inside—clean as a whistle. Definitely recommend Full Tilt.”

From the time you drive your car into the clean service area, the technician meets you to get your key and start the intake process. Then off to the people that take your information. They are waiting and smiling to write up the work order and it takes just a few minutes.
If you choose to wait for your car their lounge area is bright, clean, comfortable with choices of food, snacks and drinks with televisions and an area for the children.
Best of all is having your car at the door after you pick up your paper work and keys.

“Hector is a snake...Very nice guy initially..then turned out to be deceiving..He was a gift and a curse..got the job done for reasonable price however charged me $400 dollars for a part turn out the part was a USED part...charged me 120 for valve covers and this dummy used worn out valve covers...He had my car for 8 whole days then gave it back to me in limp mode. After 2mos of trying to find a mechanic to work behind his work..I was informed that this dummy left several wires disconnecting in my vehicle causing it to be in limp mode...He didn't even want to fix his own dam mistakes he made..just terrible..All around I will never bring my car back to him and I learned a very valuable lesson ?..bless be”
