I don’t even want to leave one star with how awful this service was. I wish I could leave negative. I had an appointment at 10am and no one was there nor answered my numerous phone calls. They open at 9 am on Mondays, and I was there at 10am which was the time of my appointment, I knocked on the door repeatedly no answer. I called numerous times no answer. Then he answered finally hours later and “detailed my car”. I could have self vacuumed it better myself. Absolutely awful he didn’t even try. Things I easily wiped away myself were left, and he wanted to charge 250$??? For just an interior detail ridiculous. Do not come here save your money.

Went here based off a good recommendation of a friend. Alex scheduled me promptly for a muffler replacement and gave me a reasonable quote. They let me bring parts I purchased. Luis did the work and was honest and communicative. There were no surprises here about the fee for agreed upon work or the time it would take to do the job. I'm happy with the job and would go back for future work on my car. Also, they backed my car out of the garage for me no problem when I requested it. One point deducted for some miscommunication about my appt (no one there to greet me), but it got cleared up within 20 mins of my arrival.

Alex and his team did an incredible job! They detailed the interior of my new-to-me used car (which I’m pretty sure was never properly cleaned in its 13 years) on short notice. There was dog hair, dust, and mystery stains on the seats. Alex and team vacuumed and cleaned and, by some miracle, managed to get the majority of the stains out. They even stayed late to fully clean the car, well past their closing time.Fair price, thorough work, and fantastic results. Would 100% recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service at Alex's AutoShine. After contacting multiple shops, I was disappointed to find that none were available or even willing to accommodate my requests. However, my luck changed when I reached out to Alex. He not only picked up the phone promptly but also assured me that he could indeed help me out. Although he initially offered to schedule my appointment for the next day, I explained that I was only in the area for the day and wouldn't be able to return. Without hesitation, he said, "No problem, come now." I was pleasantly surprised by his availability and genuine willingness to assist me on short notice. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Alex, a remarkably sweet and honest individual. It was evident from our conversation that he genuinely cared about his customers and took pride in his work. I am a college student and purchased this car used and I had expressed my desire to focus solely on deep cleaning the seats, as the previous owner had not maintained the car's interior. Nonetheless, Alex went above and beyond to accommodate my request, and the results were nothing short of spectacular. The seats looked great, and I could hardly believe the transformation. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly set him apart.I can confidently say that Alex's detailing shop is a hidden gem. If you're looking for exceptional service from a dedicated professional who goes the extra mile, look no further. I recommend Alex and his team for all your detailing needs. You won't be disappointed.

They did a good job cleaning my SUV inside only $150. They didn't take my SUV out of the garage. Tried doing it myself there was a car they were working on behind me. There was not a direct line out of the garage. I didn't have enough room to get out. I hit the car. The owner laughed after it happen. After they tell me someone else did it too. Cost me 1500 to fix. So $150 cleaning job turned into $1650 bill. At the end I felt like they scammed me. They should have taken the SUV out of garage for me. Secondly they parked a car they were working so close to the garage. Never again.
