I came here to run on the treadmill and shower after. The gym served its purpose. Thanks for having a Diet Coke to slam after a 10 mile run. I needed that :).

The oool is clean and never too crowded. The locker rooms are functional; I enjoy the sauna after workout. The gym is down to earth, not posh, but a great winter workout spot.

I've dropped in here several times now while on vacation with my family. A lot of different options for equipment to get my strength training and cardio in.
