Customer service has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. I even got a phone call from the post office once letting me know that my package had arrived because they knew it was an important delivery for me. Thank you!

I ordered a package to be delivered to a house we are renting. On the scheduled date of delivery, I received notice that the address was insufficient and it was being returned to sender. Fine, I called the post office and was told there was no mailbox so they couldn’t deliver it. I was told they had the package and I could pick it up. Went a few hours later to pick it up and was told they don’t hold packages and it had been sent back. Well then why was I told they could hold it on the phone? Was that a lie to get me off the phone, or they just don’t know what their own policies are?

My package wasn't delivered because my mailbox disappeared from existence. However, the staff saved my package for me to pick it up.
