The location was good—it’s really close to a lot of beaches—and the guy who checked us in at the front desk was nice but that’s kind of the end of the good qualities. Our room stank like mildew the entire time, it was full of spiders and spiderwebs, the exceptionally loud air conditioner barely worked, and there were gross stains on the ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Also, the wifi did not work and the bathroom light did not work. Actually, none of the light switches worked properly, we had to unplug the lights to go to bed. There were also extension cords everywhere, which didn’t seem particularly safe. Not to mention the bathroom did not appear like it’d been cleaned in a while. I didn’t give 1 star because we at least had a roof over our heads and, hopefully, we didn’t catch anything. It wasn’t really worth the price at all, to be honest.

Big room, clean & spacious love all the feather pillows, nice comfy beds. Outdoor pool, can use neighbors indoor pool, complimentary coffee in the a.m., breakfast for a fair amount of money. Close drive to the beaches!

No room service (cleaning) within the week we stayed there. The bathroom tiles were moldy and the TV was from the 18th century (didn't work correctly). The only upside of this place is that it was next to a nice hotel where we could use their pool and other amenities. Also, there was zero Wi-Fi at this place, despite the owner saying it was "spotty". The outdoor pool was mediocre and you had to walk next door for a cup of coffee. When you walked out of your room, you would see people smoking everywhere. Would not recommend.

One is a gracious rating. Upon checking into the stale smoke "non smoking" room we were immediately greeted by a barrage of flying insects in all shapes and sizes. The toilet seat appeared to be from the original construction, with peeling layers of filth. The air condition was hanging off the wall, which allowed us a prime view of the cape cod wilderness. The ceiling tiles did not meet the wall, and at that point my mother was really beginning to panic. I was left curious about the splatters on the wall as well. During our quick room inspection we were able to watch an arrest at the Sheraton. We took our frustrations to Dennis who was kind but could not help. Dennis also confirmed the Wi-Fi was out, and gave no time or date when it would be in service. Later we were offered a room at the unsafe Sheraton which was not an acceptable resolution. Expedia offered $25 cash, with an emphasis on cash.Unfortunately the low standards of the hotel were also reflected in the owners customer service. We were denied a refund. I wouldn't even let my dog stay in this hotel let alone my mother.

“This place is in bad shape”, said the gentleman at the front desk after we requested a new room upon finding a leaking fridge, holes in ceiling and mold in the bathroom in our initial room. It’s unjustifiable for this motel to charge $250 a night for a tattered room with musty air. The front desk staff was very kind and did allow us to change rooms, though the new room was not much better. The pictures online are inaccurate and the room we actually received is very dated and musty. Bathroom smelt like body odor for some reason and wifi did not work. We had to leave a day early because we couldn’t take another night. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

I had a 3 night stay and the housekeeping was not done even for a single day. I contacted the property twice.The towel bar was broken.The bathroom door was not getting lockedThe wifi was pathetic and I had to use my cell phone data.Overall a very pathetic experience and a bad ambience.

Where to begin: pull in the driveway and half of it is blocked by low hanging branches, room to the door is warped so the deadbolt won’t work, chandelier has a lampshade on it, tv statics like it’s the 1950s, holes in the walls and ceiling, toilet rocks back and forth, shower floor is like stepping on a waterbed, burnt out bulb, wall plaster looks like it was applied with a shovel, one bent hanger, iron but no ironing board, amateur wiring contraption by a/c unit, frayed blanket. It appears whomever did their remodeling was totally incompetent. We paid $513 total for a 2 night stay.

The Beds were comfy to sleep, Rooms were dirty, room full of spiders my friend got bit and other friend left cause a spider landed on his face at 3am, Bathrooms were slippery and walls were slippery/slimy from soap scum and cobwebs everywhere, plus spiders in the towels. Junk under the beds, trash in drawers and stains on blankets. Maintenance knocked on door about 90 min before checkout. There was no handicap access, no bar when said there was. Other stuff that wernt there as advertised. If you stay there, confirm if there really is stuff they say they have. Location was only good thing. I give this place a 1.5 out of 5 star rating.

We had a great experience! The rooms were nice and clean! A little unusual to travel to the hotel next door for coffee. But they also were very friendly!! Would definitely recommend! ?

At least 15-30 minutes from any good fishing spots, and the room was infested with spiders and moths, not handicapped

It was a nightmare.DON"T GO THERE!!!First we had this familly, spanish speaker, they made noise, screaming, listening loud music till 5.30 in the morning . They are no respnsable on the site!!!And in the morning when we try to take à shower, it wasn't working, no water.Plus, the batterie in remote control was low, it didn't work properly to change the channels and the light near the table, doesn't have bulb. The are no security in your hôtel when something happen...

Very disappointing! We were going to a family get together and this place takes pets. Why they charge a pet fee when they clearly don't clean up after them I don't know. Stains on the carpet, room had to be aired out for a few hours and I can't even begin to explain the condition of the bathroom. The only reason I gave them a 2 was because we used their sister property amenities and enjoyed that. Will not be back.

Stay away! Far away!! Didn’t even stay at the hotel we checked out so fast. My husband and I were visiting for a wedding and when we arrived Donna at the desk welcomed us along with a new employee she was training. My husband went to the room to check it out and I have never left a room so quick!There was mouse droppings on the bed and under the bed was dirty, some strange paper towel behind the headboard, dirty moldy furniture and bathroom. God only knows just take a black light to it.I let Donna know what we discovered a d she got the cleaning staff to take a look. Minutes later they come out and admit the saw a mouse. She showed us another room that wasn’t better and was just as dirty and had cob webs..After all that we had to just leave and figure out plan B. We had to wait for Bernie the manager to arrive to see if we would get refunded. Then we were told ge would call us and then next moment we were all set. As if Bernie was avoiding speaking with us and he was talking with staff to rely us the message.My husband and I left and we never got a call so the next day I followed up. I finally got a call from Bernie and said we would get refunded on the cards that were used however if you bank with People’s they switched banks and new accounts were issued so that didn’t do well and I said thanks for nothing. I’ll deal with the bank.Just save yourself the trouble book elsewhere and the pictures online are deceiving and that is not what the rooms look like!

Parking is a little tight. People were hanging out outside in lawn chairs playing lawn games etc. which was cool. The rooms and blankets smell a combination of weird and bad, but are spacious and otherwise clean. Bathroom is filthy. The person working the front desk was super nice and welcoming. Overall I like it but the I would still look elsewhere next time because of the smells, our friends have a room on the floor above us and theirs smells weird in a different way...bizarre
