Absolute loss of money. The rudest receptionists you can imagine. Zero cooperation for problems related to the rooms, which are everything but not appropriate rooms for hotel. Dirty, full of bugs, mold, and even frogs and mushrooms.

I have stayed at this proprrty in the past and stopped by at approximately 1am to inquire about a rate on a room.
The front desk agent requested my ID suspiciously and was verifying my information before she provided me a rate which was outrageous being the hotel had 10% rooms available at 1 am.
I complained to the owners as I felt I was discriminated against and no response. A couple after I left immediately went in and requested a rate and they did not have their ID verified.

Absolute PooP hole! The smell of mold and mildew permeates the halls and room. Stayed for 5 nights. The beds are ridiculously uncomfortable. My back is thrilled to be home! The pillows are little more than batting fill. The towels are stained. Last night, rain started pouring through our ceiling. There were other spots that were leaking on site with buckets and bins to collect water. Garbage is placed outside of doors to be collected. And the restaurant/bar/grill is permanently closed, so good luck getting food late night. The inside pool is nice, however the "room" is unbelievably loud due to all the compressors from room A/C's facing the pool, also contributing to heat/humidity. Large cracks across the tennis courts. Would not stay here again!!!

The only real good part to this hotel was the pools, besides that there was ant in our hotel room as well as the fact that there was a ceiling leek by the indoor pool. Do not recommend leaving food that's in a box out on tables as ants will get into the food.

Awesome hotel. Stayed here for a 3 night stay and enjoyed it very much. There are tennis courts, outdoor pool and an indoor pool. The indoor pool isn’t great, as it is very loud from the AC units for the surrounding rooms, and also very hot because of that. If you get a room looking at the pool, however, it is awesome because you have a second door and also the pool is very pretty. The outdoor pool is very nice and a nice temperature (I am here in July). The rooms are very nice, spacious, and modern. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Large room, good pools although the pool area was soooo hot, but fine after being in the water. Front desk staff could have been less surly.

We travel with our autistic daughter. She needs a bathtub since she won't take showers. We picked this hotel since their website says the rooms have bathtub -shower combos.
We arrived yesterday after a long day of traveling and were given a room without a bathtub. We went to the front desk and the older gentleman there said they currently had no rooms with tubs available but one was opening up the next day and we could have that one. He said to go to the front desk at 8 am and they would arrange the transfer.
We went at 8 and we're told that they no longer have any rooms with bathtubs available. I emailed the manager twice but she didn't bother to respond. I found a hotel in Hyannis that has tubs so we checked out and moved there.
The hotel is nice but the level of service we received was really bad. I interacted with three people at the front desk and only one actually tried to help us. The other two basically said "I know we advertise that our rooms have tubs but too bad."
The manager was nowhere to be found and couldn't even be bothered to respond to our emails.

Rude front desk. The lady has an attitude and very little knowledge of the area. Other than that the room was clean and spacious.
