My mother hired Thomas Michaels Design to do a full renovation of her home, both interior and exterior. As a general contractor, who lives full-time in Florida, I was incredibly impressed with the Thomas Michaels Team (Tom, Ryan, Matt, & Meagan). The pre-construction design work was great, the project finished ahead of schedule, and the quality of work was outstanding. On any construction project, particularly remodels, there will always be obstacles which present themselves during the construction process. The Thomas Michaels Team did a fantastic job of navigating their way through these and delivering a top-notch final product. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to renovate their home.

We highly recommend Thomas Michael's Design for any renovation project. We are so happy with the way our kitchen and floors turned out. Not living in the state full time, we needed to fully trust the team for doing what was best for house. They called with questions, the website they used worked great, and the project finished on time!!

Highly recommend these guys. From initial project inquiry through the design process, delivery, and installation, I received top notch value and customer support. The quality of cabinetry is fantastic, and the installer was respectful of the living space around the construction area. Tom, the owner, is a personable, compassionate, and good-looking young man. I can't say enough positive things about Thomas Michaels remodeling.

I dreamed of a new kitchen for years and Mike made all of my dreams come true. He even called me a trendsetter with the gorgeous black and gold kitchen we created. He was very helpful and professional every step of the way. He knew exactly how to calm me down whenever I would get stressed out. He even created a beautiful nook under my island just for my kitties! I cannot say enough great things about this company! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I found this contractor thru a friend and in this day and times it is unusual to find one that fulfills all your requests. It was a big basement renovation and it has come to completion. I am very happy with the outcome! I would recommend Thomas Michaels Kitchen renovations to everyone esp after a previous contractor ghosted me.

Tom Anderson was exceptional! He was professional, always on time and very patient with me. He answered all of my questions and eased my mind with any concerns I had. He created a plan that was unique for my small kitchen and utilized every square inch of space. My contractor, Major Construction from Bridgewater, created a custom cabinet in a wall and Tom worked with him to get the matching doors, and trim. They are reasonably priced and have great quality kitchen cabinets for any budget. I have a 48" x 72" island and the top had a design defect when it was installed. He arranged to have the manufacturer come out and look at the defect. The manufacturer told me it was a natural design flaw and would not honor a replacement. I called Tom and within 3 weeks I was sitting at my new flawless island. Thomas Michaels stands by their products and will go to bat for their customers. Their staff is friendly and always eager to assist me. BTW... I ordered flooring for my entire home from them too. I'd definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to a friend. Well done Thomas Michaels!!!

Had to deliver someone’s lunch next door at master muffler today, but their entry way was blocked off with work trucks. Like anyone would, I parked the closest I could, so that I could walk over. As soon as I parked and got out of my car, I got YELLED at by a man that I couldn’t park in front of their store. I am a 17 year old girl. I am extremely offended with the way he spoke to me to say the least.

I highly recommend Thomas Michaels Design! We used them as we were unsure of how to design the space and were new to the area and had no contacts in the construction field. Mike designed a stunning kitchen for us and worked with us on how to reduce the cost without compromising design. Their subs and office staff were all great and very friendly and professional. We chose Thomas Michaels to completely renovate our kitchen and replace our laminate flooring with hardwood on our main floor. We're ecstatic with the final result. The company held high standards for their subcontractors, and every subcontractor was a master of their craft. The project manager did an incredible job of staying on top of countless people and projects, and was always accommodating to changes in project scope. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be calling them again when we're ready to start our next house project.If there is one area I'd call out to improve, its in the initial design meeting and follow-up communications before the project start date. Having an administrative person in the room that can record design choices, stay on top of purchases, and communicate who is responsible for what would have eliminated some miscommunication issues.Thank you to the team for making our dream kitchen a reality!

The communication between the designer and the scheduling of the work and us was very efficient. Phone calls were always returned. Outstanding organization, complete professionals from the top down from start to finish. They are a pleasure to work with and made great recommendations for my kitchen remodel. A couple of the cabinets had slight damage from shipping, any other company would have installed them anyway but the installer ordered replacements without any input from me, just took it upon himself to make things right.
