Came here November 20th, 2023 for a state inspection. I had failed for a ball joint, brakes and a cracked tail light. The young man, Eliot, had inspected my car and explained everything to me of what I needed and how much it'll cost me. He gave me an estimate that was very fair and couldn't pass up on it. I came in around 9am and left with my vehicle all ready to hit the road by 1 in the afternoon. He got everything done for me at a great price and even gave me a couple snicker bars to go. Very professional and kind people, I will definitely be back.

Brought my car here without any lights on to get an inspection. Got my car back 10 mins later with my air bag light blinking. When I went to talk to the guy he said it wasn’t him and he didn’t test my airbags. Don’t ever come here

Do not get your vehicle inspected here!I think they are trying to scam people into having them do unnecessary work to get your sticker.I maintain my vehicle between myself and a local mechanic with great references and my car was in with my mechanic and left with NO issues, then at the inspection they claimed it had front end issues when it doesn’t!BewareI went to a different inspection station and paid another 35 and it passed without any issue that shell claimed there was.

Protect your wives, protect your kids.Do not get mechanic work or inspections here.I do not write bad reviews, please check my history, I have been doing business in Wareham for 15 years and I have never sworn off a business as I have here on this experience.With the new MassDOT compliance these folks will hold your car and your registration hostage on bogus claims and false fails to gain mechanic work.I maintain my cars alongside a personal mechanic, and I had sent my wife in with her well maintained Ford escape. My mistake sending her and not going myself.He condemned our secondary grocery/mom car as unsafe, due to a faulty front end and worn tires. This was concerning to me when my wife had called, so I immediately informed my mechanic and we set an appointment for next day.My mechanic was baffled at the inspection report, and refused repair. There was no wear on our tires, and there was no front end "give" or weakness in the ball joints or tie rods, even using a bar to try and see what this mechanic has failed.I then took my car over to my tire guy, who also confirmed no front end sway, or need for tire change, but as in the provided photo (condition of all tires) they have plenty of tread.I then myself take a day off work to confront this situation, but alas I did not have a chance to see the owner. As I went for my retest, the issues of front end safety had disappeared. There was ALSO no issue with the front end, as with the tires, despite no repair done.I'm all for accepting the results, but to take advantage of a woman with no car knowledge, and offer repair that is unnecessary on the spot, doesn't sit well with me, especially when I come back personally after completing no repair, to be told it's all set now.I will not be returning and I hope I save at least one person from unnecessary car expense at the cost of this shady business.

What an amazing experience! The staff at Cranberry Highway Shell go out of there way to help with all of your auto needs. They give great service and fix your car right the first time. From oil changes and brake repair to check engine light problems- they repair everything. They also do inspections and have great gas prices. Thank you for the great service on all of our vehicles!

I'm second generation of 40 years coming to the station , out of all the times spent there we have had nothing but great service. The staff is extremely helpful and I can honestly say that they are my family. If you have time to go there evan just to fill up ur tank, go on in and you will see how awesome they are to the customer. 5 stars establishment all day long

Best stop on the way to the Cape! The young man working in the bay plugged a flat for me and when he saw I had a limp in my leg he did it for free and wouldn't even take a tip! Highly recommend!
